Gotta build another PR spreadsheet after losing my old one. Just need to find some time. Probably do it after blast during deload so I have all recent data and go forward from there.

Sometimes you just don’t know if you’ve recovered until you get under that heavy weight, but still man 415 with the Duffalo is some serious benching.

Haha, your dumpster fire is way better than my absolute best ever. You’re a strong mother fucker man. Sure it may not be your best, but I guarantee it’s better than most will ever see.

Thanks, just a frustrating session as the gas was low. Punishing myself with some grip work now so it’s not a total wash lol

Hey that’s 2 weeks of half-life, and considering strength is always just as strong yet a week after that for me, you have 3 great weeks of blast training still ahead!
Have to polish off the rest of this NPP and test e in the meantime anyhoo can’t leave such a small amount in a vial

It’s always a lot more satisfying taking that last oversized shot vs leaving it and having a shrimp shot the next time
I have at least 4-5 vials for different stuff which is less than half a shot. Should have done this.. 🤦‍♂️

Dbol is good, in a Jack of all trades kind of way. It’s an inferior choice for every situation I can think of, but it’s cheap, widely available & isn’t faked with any other AAS.

And some people who can’t eat on most orals don’t take quite as big of an appetite hit with Dbol.

Reverse hyper:

Seated Single arm lat pull down vs purple light band doubled, cross body pull, 1 sec hold:
10x5 sets per side

Ghetto belt squat (2 plyo boxes, blue strong band stretched across oly platform, dip belt w chains attached to band):
10x4 sets

Barbell Single leg RDL, snatch grip:
135x10 per leg

DUR:
30x15x3 sets

EZ curls with arm blaster:
70x10x3 sets

Stained a deck, peeled 12-14’ logs after dragging them all over. Definitely not deadlifting tomorrow lol. I’m pooped
Louie talks about a guy from Finland who pulled 725 lumberjacking with almost no training due to his tremendous GPP, then he took time off work for some months to train specifically for Worlds and his deadlift actually went down

40 lb DB isometric hammer curls (passive arm held at 90° iso hold while active arm executes 6 slow reps, switch positions no rest, 6 more slow reps and this is one set):

Doesn’t look like much, but I can barely move my arms to cook food right now lol. Want to hit one more heavy set of deads before moving in to deload. Cruise time will be a hypertrophy block before getting back to power focus. Thinking I will give kabuki virtual training a whirl as I have many kabuki barbells already that can cater to this method. Not gonna lie, I am looking forward to this deload.

Oh it definitely looks like a lot….you really have some good bench numbers, in all the variations of bench you do.
Are you training for a competition coming up?
Because if you’re not, you really should think about entering one. I think you would be surprised how well you would do.

The last time I was perfectly prepped for my first meet I was strong as an ox and at perfect weight, then covid ruined the world and shut that down so I focused on a deadlift only cycle and PR’d.

The last time I was perfectly prepped for my first meet I was strong as an ox and at perfect weight, then covid ruined the world and shut that down so I focused on a deadlift only cycle and PR’d.
I would do one in the winter then. 12 weeks of good training is fairly optimal to ramp up, so start looking when you get toward the end of the busy season.

Signing up for a comp always lights an extra fire under your ass; every time in almost every session where I want to quit or shortcut something I remember that I’m training actively for a meet, and it pushes you to get those last reps and do that last set.
