this is a real simple recipe but its real quick and real tasty.

fullcan of sweet corn drained of water
half a jar of chunky hot salsa (presidents choice has a 10 cal per serving salsa out)
half a package of 90 sec brown rice
1 lb of chicken breast tenderloins.

i just forman the tenderloins chop up into small pieces and combine it with all the rest.
simple and only takes about 5-10 min.

calories = 626
protein = 104.5
carbs = 56
fat = 6.5
