Better to do standalone or alright to do simultaneously?

Seems like a lot of hormonal activity.

Thoughts?

What hormonal activity do you think you are getting from bpc and tb?

even from the cjc there isn’t a lot

of course they can be done simultaneously

Took 2.5mg tb, 250mcg bpc last night.

Added an extra 1cc bac for saturation and injected 1" deep, top deltoid.

Took another 250mcg bpc this morning, same spot

Chest warmup felt the same, but once I was warmed up, it was 80-90% better than normal. My left side felt stronger on all my chest movements, than even my good side! First time in 15 years. That's no placebo.

Another 2.5mg tb every 3 days for a month, then a month of maintenance dosing, still with bpc 2x daily.

I'm not thinking it works like that unless u injected cortisone
I've had this pain for a very long time, there's no way it wasn't from the load of tb.

I chose 2.5 2x/wk instead of the full 5 1x a week.

I read a lot about people saying to saturate with extra bac.

Can't be placebo

Why do you think this can’t be placebo? The placebo effect is / can be very real. That’s why it’s a recognised phenomenon. Sounds like the very definition of placebo to me. Or you got sold a painkiller.
