shelf life of homemade gear

What is the shelf life of homemade gear?  Say if you made up say 3 or 4 20 ml vials using peanut oil as the oil? I know that they need to be stored in a dry, dark, cool place but how long will they keep?

Don't worry bro, once it's made into an injection it will last for a good 2 years my friend...store it in a cool dark dry palce.
