My review:

Kinda let the cat out of the bag earlier but this stuff is awesome.

Took me about 35 minutes to kick in, which got me concerned bc normally pres I like take like 15-25 minutes. But like a banshee out of hell it hit me and not in your usual stim manner, the energy was a bullet but a controlled bullet where you could actually feel a surge in the muscle groups you’re working and not some overall type of thing-hope I made sense there.

Vascular af too. Before the energy kicked in my forearm veins became a roadmap. So even though the energy came later I knew something was going on.

The quad pump was extreme but seeing I’ve been getting similar pump patterns from rpg the intra I’m logging I can’t give wf total credit but they were there so I included it.

Once energy kicked in it stayed high well after the 95 minute session. I didn’t experience a crash either.

Ok. Saved the best for last. The mood enhancing factor was in-frickin-believable. It’s not your typical focus. It’s a overall feeling of bliss. Literally haven’t felt this good during a workout than I can remember. I really can’t properly express how good the feeling was.

Taste was not my cup of tea. That’s only bc I’m not into apple flavored drinks at all. But the flavor was on point so if u like the green(Macintosh I believe) flavor of apple you’ll enjoy this aspect.

When I chimed in last week I had a feeling this was gonna be good from rockets reports and the profile looked outstanding. If I didn’t have 8 months of pre sitting around I’d be picking up a tub tonight. Thanks for making this.

Spent most of my day today piping my gas grille in to my house gas line, no more getting bottles filled....YEA !! Just cooked 15 5oz grass feed lean beef burgers for the week, it worked great !!

Day 14, 180lbs

Sunday no training today, I did push mow the yard, so I got about 90 minutes of cardio.

I have eaten anything I wanted the last three day I would bet calories 3000-4500 a day. So Monday Back to training and 1800 - 2000 calories a day.

Yes !! But back on track, at least till the weekend !
I will have to be careful this weekend - my gf’s daughter’s bday, and maybe a bbq Sunday. And maybe going to see some family too. I need to remember that I have enough calories to enjoy some good food and still be in a deficit if I call my shots. It can be a win/win for me, as long as I stick to the plan.

Controlled Labs White Flash Really did the job today, this workout was not heavy but it was hard I was breathing heavy, seating like a pig and my shoulders were pumped beyond belief. I even impressed myself how wide I looked. This workout will be a regular one for me and I should be able to keep adding weight for a while!!
