First off a big THANK YOU to AE14 and Chuck Diesel for choosing me to run and log Get Diesel Nutrition NOS Ether . I will be running this as per label instructions. Loading at (1) scoop per day for three days and than (1-2) scoops per day Pre-Workout and (1) scoop Post Workout.
Day 4 Weight 191lbs, I get up a 4am take my Get Diesel Nutrition NOS Ether , get on the computer (AnabolicMinds Forum) wait 1/2 hour, Down to the basement/gym at 4:30am. Workout last about 1 hour.

Hyper Extension - Broomstick Twist
After workout take second dose (1 scoop) Get Diesel Nutrition NOS Ether wait about 120 minutes and ate breakfast.
After work 5pm Cardio - Eliptiacl 30 Minutes heart rate 120-130bpm, some ab work.
This was my 4th day on Get Diesel Nutrition NOS Ether, I did not start the log before as I figured the first three days were "Loading Days" and I would wait till I was at a full dose to start. I have noticed very good pumps and a very full feeling in the muscles though-out the day. I believe I will up the PWO dose tomorrow to 1 1/2 scoops. Looking forward to seeing what this brings to the table. Tomorrow is arm day and who doesn't Love A Good Pump on arm day.
