replacing ansomone help??????

basically been a longstanding buyer from the manufact- anke*** but this last batch I am not happy with. ususally great but ive asked for it be replaced and have even offered to add to the original order. hes giving me the spiel about trust our quality control etc. hes being difficult, i think anything I can say to twist his arm??? i read on a forum - (cant remember which one anyone know which site mentioned this? ) -that they replace no problem. if so why hes being difficult with me? ive bought off him for the last 18 months fer christs sake?

Sounds like its time for a different supplier. Thankfully I have nothing but great things to say from, the people I deal with.

You could tell him that voicing your opinions "publicly" on places like this could damage his reputation, and make future potential customers choose to order elsewhere.

Or, a digital swift kick to the nuts seems to work!! :nutkick:
