recreate and anabolic pump????

hi
i just ordered recreate and anabolic pump. i did alot of research and i decided these looked like the 2 best supplements for now for what i want i would like to lose 15 lbs of body fat and maybe put 10 lbs of muscle on. i was just wondering what you guys would suggest eatin in order to do this. i want to eat as clean as possible and get the best gains i possible can out of this cycle. i will be running it for 65 days so please any help would be wonderful

i def will. oh and i forgot to say i ordered jacked too that wont hurt any adding to it will it? i just take that pre workout correct. and i plan on followin that diet to the tee thanks very much
 
oh and also im 240 6'1 that diet you sent still follow that??

How old are you?

I will try and match your BMR. As you can see, at the bottom of that schedule there are BMR calculators. This is a sample diet, I will refine it for your specific situation.
 
I used a BMR calculator, the info you have presented and an estimated body-fat % of 25% to come up with 2581 - 2974 kCal per day. This is for the couch dweller to below average gym go'er (1-3 times per week). Again, without knowing you, this is a safe assumption.

An average of:
2725 kCal,
Carbs (45.00%) 307g
Protein (40.00%) 273g
Fat (15.00%) 45g

Again, this is a sample diet only.

Great stuff buddy, again, this is a sample but it should help you get on track...
If you are interested in a diet coach, I do have a friend who is a great nutritionist and could really help you out. Let me know if you need more info, PM me.
 
im adding jacked with that stack is that ok to do? and just take it 45 mins before workout?

Be careful dosing Jack3d and Recreate at the same time. You may want to split the doses by an hour or two.

For example, 2 Recreate in am, 1 Recreate in early afternoon, 1-2 scoops of Jack3d prior to training in the evening.
 
this is only day 2 on the diet. its been pretty easy i just have one ? why would i have casein protein and whey protein post workout. the reason im askin is after my workout would i want all when becuz thats fast digesting. or is there a reason to havein a scoop of when and a scoop of casein?

Matt,
In all honesty, you can run a simple 2 scoops of whey. The whey/casein will have a variable absorption rate.
Whey = Fast, Anabolic
Casein = Slow, Anti-Catabolic

The combination of the two types will cause both a stimulation of protein synthesis with a simultaneous inhibition of protein breakdown. This would be expected to have the greatest impact on body protein stores. [McDonald]

Again, this is in my opinion, the best bet but 2 scoops plain whey works as well.
 
ok thanks very much i will do a scoop of each i was just wondering about that but you have your reasoning and it makes sence thanks very much. i will keep you posted on how the stack is workin for me

hey i have had some really good gains this week like im suprised how much my body changed in just a week. this is some really good stuff. recreate is not like anything i have ever taken. the other stuff i have tried was hydroxcut by muscle tech and that stuff gives you so much energy for about 20 mins then ur done for u get so tired i hated it. redline thats a bit better but u still get the crash feelin. and on the anabolic pump i am honestly so pumped at points that my muscles hurt doing nothing and thats the best feelin ever i love this stack and cant wait for time to pass so i can see all the results

Glad to hear it buddy. We can roll with this for another week or two, then we can mess with your diet a tad to eliminate stagnation.

nice job bro I've been runnin recreate and AP to for the last 2 months or so I also use powerfull and Super cissus I have used all before with great success except for recreate this was a first for me I have to say it is unlike most other fat burning supps I've used its working really well for me also good luck bro keep up the good work

you said it in 2 months after an 18 month layoff from the gym due to injury/lazyness BF is down from 16.5% to about 11% and I havent lost a POUND thanks to USPLABS a strict diet and alot of hard work
 
yeah i will let you know my results after next week. i measured my body the sunday before i started i just havent put those numbers on here but plan to do so when i get some time. and yeah i will prob start changing my diet. the diet you wrote up for me is great i really like it. i appriciate you doing that for me thanks very much. i have had some unheard of results from this so far so i will keep it going
 
hey, i am planning on adding like 40 grams of dextrose to my post workout shake would you think thats a good idea? i believe that i need those fast sugars right to my muscles with the 1/2 c of oatmeal and whey protein. whats your thinkin on thiss good idea or bad?

In my opinion, there is no need. Especially if losing body-fat is your main concern. If you need a carbohydrate source in powder form, consider Waxy Maize Starch available at NutraPlanet as Kwik Karb...
 
well im lovin recreate and anabolic pump great stuff. i was gainin so much muscle and its good muscle my body has changed so much so i decided to stop worrying about fat and get as big as possible. and cut later on when i have more muscle. i love recreate and a p just gainin so much muscle i dont wanna cut. any suggestions on my diet without gainin to much fat from it lol. i worry about fat to much i think but o well

why change your diet if you are getting results on your current diet...

AP/Recreate makes your body efficient in processing energy so do not worry about adding in more calories.
 
hey everyone. my workouts have still been wonderful i absolutly love anabolic pump and recreate one of the best stacks i have ever used. i have been readin alot on prime and see everone is gainin so much strenth and size on this stuff so i am going to combine prime with my current stack i am starting it on monday. i see there are about a million ways to take it. i bought 4 bottles of it and not sure exactly how many i should take a day because seems like everyone takes a different amount so whats ur opinion. i cant wait to see the results. i plan on running it for 8 weeks

It is a killer way of reaping the benefits of mega-dosing PRIME while keeping the capsule consumption to important times only. You may see an increase in weight which sometimes scares people on 'cut's' but what must realize is that you will be increasing Lean Body Mass (LBM) which will in-turn allow you to be stronger and more muscular as well as burn more body-fat due to increased basal metabolic rate (BMR) among other things.
