Good morning gentlemen!
I've attached my most recent lab work.
This is on 24mg eod testosterone cyp subq/ shallow IM. Looks like I'm at my limit. Its almost too high of a dose for hct, but the interesting thing is my blood pressure is better at this dose than lower doses as well as lower anxiety and stress and I'm finally sleeping great! I haven't slept this well in 5 years. Libido is improving as well.

I'm starting to experiment with dhea now that my test seems to be dialed in which is also lowering my blood pressure but also makes me a bit lethargic/lazy. I've had salivary cortisol labs in the past which showed low-normal results. Other previous labs showed below normal dhea-s and levels so low they were unregistered of pregnenolone. I don't really know where to go from here since we move around a lot so finding a good progressive doctor is unlikely. I'll be donating today to lower than hct. Anyone have any thoughts?

seems cant view attachments. Perhaps low dose DHEA ~5mg in morning and 5mg before bed is a good protocol. usual dosage of 25+ is too much. also consider low dose preg ~10-30mg daily. addition of hcg during Trt may be beneficial for production of lower cascade steroid hormones (dhea, preg, progesterone) - these are important for brain function, mood.

donating blood every 1-2 months is common on trt.

I would also add B-complex (all 8), VitD3 and vit K2. check ur D levels and keep within 60-80.
K2 is important for steroid hormones and also for calcification prevention / cardiovascular.

I'm testing 5mg sublingual dhea now. Doing fairly well with it I think. I do take d3 (10,000iu daily), k2 and Thorne's Basic Nutrients for Men 50+. Maybe I do need to try hcg again. It's been years since I tried it.

I'll type out my test results.

Testosterone, total 537 (250-1100) ng/dL
Testosterone, free 117 (35-155) pg/mL
Progesterone <0.5 (<1.4) ng/mL
Vitamin D 25-OH 55 (30-100) ng/mL
Hemoglobin 17.1 (13.2-17.1) g/dL
Hematocrit 50.8 (38.5-50) %
Platelets 172 (140-400) Thousand/uL

if you try HCG keep it low dose and consistent 300iu eod / 3x wekly. mind you will increase estrogen a bit.

Vit D level looks good. crazy that ur on 10000iu and barely in optimal range. mine was low also.

progest looks low - preg + hcg addition may improve that. start adding pregnenolone + cholesterol source (eggs) - test more often and go from there. If you cant get hcg then pregnenolone route is the cascade hormone to progesterone.

keep a consistent donation schedule to control hct.

Thanks. I eat 5 whole eggs per day. How much preg to start with? I've tried in the past TD, sublingual and oral. TD makes me bloat something fierce. Maybe just 2.5mg sublingual to go with dhea to start?

My only observation is that Hemoglobin/Hematocrit may be inching up, but that is nothing a good blood donation cycle wouldn't help.
