Rest day yesterday. Body is still pretty beat but going to give the workout a shot tonight. Upper back and calves are still sore as hell but I don’t need to hit them again until Sunday.

Haha cutting was easy for me between keto and fasting. Trying to eat above 3k has been very tough though. Don’t want to give up keto so I’ve been eating earlier here and there and those seem to be the only days I can manage enough calories. Giving up OMAD for now and switching to 18/6 windowThe amount of food you're allowed to eat makes me jealous. Trying to get big is way easier than the other way around! LOL
