Hey peeps,

Meant to do this a while ago just haven't had time.

4 weeks into the log.
Start date - Nov 09/22

Rad140 20mg a day between 11am/12pm each day so I keep the dosage consistent.
4 andro 330mg a day
Epiandro 600mg a day

Nov 13 - 202lbs fasted
Dec 05 - 209lbs fasted

Bench press - Nov 13 185x5, Dec 02 195x6
Seated overhead press - Nov 14 150x6, Dec 06 170x6
Barbell Rows - Nov 01 - 155x8, Dec 04 185x6
Leg Press - Nov 09 395x15, Dec 03 575x15
Leg ext - Nov 09 70x15, Dec 03 130x17
(Squats isn't listed because I've been doing hacks, but the machine broke so I don't have enough info on squats to log yet)
Obviously doing more but these will be the ones I assume everyone wants to see in terms of progress.

I've added a pic from back in March this year. It was my first day back to the gym since my injuries. Pic on the right is current. Same exact shirt.
Approx 170 on left, approx 210 on the right.

Update;

Had the day off today.

Still working through knee joint pain (chiropractor saturday)

Did a set of squats for 205x8. Wasn't heavy just hurt hopefully this Saturday helps.

Leg Press went from 575x15 (spotter pushed up 15 with me last week)
Today did 625x15 for 2 sets with no spotter.

Got super light headed though and called the workout 😂

Keep in mind I also have a professional power lifter coaching me to get my strength up in my compounds lol.

At first I was kidding about the anabolic bee. Now I think it really did happen with those bench numbers! ;) Nice work!

Squats 215x8 (still having knee tendon pain)

Then I decided to drop volume and see how heavy leg press went and hit 715x8 🤣

Leg Press felt glorious.

Another little update for everyone.

Weights sitting at 216.4lbs as of this morning.

Bench press - Nov 13 185x5, Dec 02 195x6

Bench press Jan 01 205x8, I also smashed out 225x3 after that set.

Hope everyone had a good new years!

Few questions for ya:
Have you ran these compounds before?
what are your thoughts on the 4-andro at that dose?

Rad140 no, but epi, 4 andro and 1 andro I have.

The Andros gave me some pretty good gains last time I did them and they definitely worked. After I came off I barely lost any weight after a 4 week pct.
My balls shrunk drastically on the Andros lol, and that was at 330/330/600.

You could go more than that dose though, but it gets pricey

Awesome. I have tried all of them except 4-andro lol. I run epiandro 800-1200 because that’s where it shines! But I have run much higher than that. I got some rad140 I’m going to use this summer with 4 andro. Definitely following along with this log!

Haha yea I wanted to do 800-1200 but it gets into so much cost I might as well just run test lmao.

But that being said, I wanted to see if sarms actually did anything before test just so I had some experience with it if anyone had questions lol.

Squats up to 240x10
Bench hit 225x4 as well.
Bench endurance is through the roof though. Did 185 as a burn out Set for some extra volume and smashed out 15 with easy

Nice! My legs have always been my weak point. 240 x 10 is called cardio in my book :ROFLMAO:
I've programed all the compounds out in 3 week blocks with percentages of my estimated 1rm

Ain't supposed to be getting 10 reps with 240 but here we are 🤣

Well just finished week 10 up now.

0 sides up until about 3 days ago 😂

Joints are getting real stiff lol. Elbows/knees/shoulders.
Taking forever to get warmed up at the gym now.

I'm assuming it's from low estrogen levels because im pretty lethargic lately after the gym lol. Did bloods before hand and estrogen was right in the appropriate range, but towards the bottom of the range.

I'm assuming my body doesn't convert much estrogen on the Andros because I got 0 high estrogen sides. May increase the andro to 440 instead of 330 just to see. But that will make me run out before the 12 week mark.

All done boys. Most lifts went up, endurance stayed high. All in all worked decently well.

I'm going to post a picture in this thread. Just some progress from before Injuries, to the other day.

About a 63lb increase between the two
