didnt found answer for them on usplabs web and here also .
Should i avoid post-workout carbs if i took powerfull pre workout ?
My powerfull taking scheme is like this
1 at morning ( cuz doing daily HIIT cardio exept day after leg workout )
2 pre workout ( 1 if non training day 1h after food in a mid of day )
1 b4 sleep .
Is this ok ?
