Yeh, I agree hence was confused about the label thing, yeh I know the flavours need different labels, this may mean they where tweaking the forumulae to last minutes in terms of taste...

Incorrect ...there are different labels for different flavours.

One flavour is on the production line at a time in batch mode. The labels are applied to tubs after they're filled. No conspiracy here guys lol

Ok, it was not clear if you meant the label design, the ingredients still needed to be correctly written then printed or it was a matter of the labels design is solid and just needs be applied to the tubs.. either way doesnt matter, i await..

the nature of the process is inherently slow unfortunately. By frequently asking for status updates it will just leave you disappointed and make it seem like you've been waiting longer than you have.

I wasn't asking for updates all the time though...just creeping this thread and getting a little bummed that the expected ship date of 21st is looking like it's not gonna happen. I've been outta preworkout for awhile now so I'm just patiently waiting to finally get that shipping email....if suppz even sends them.

if that the truth then that is a shame, yes I understand **** happens. however, continually disappointing your costumers is bad business. when picking a safe date you need to do exactly that... pick a safe date that you can commit too.

They are acknowledging it and have said they are just putting the labels on 3 of the flavours. Still hoping for tomorrow but could be an extra day or 2

Nothing to apologize for since we didn't announce it's delayed till August...

As per communications last night and this morning we are working on printing/attaching labels for last 3 flavours. If we miss Friday it'll be a day or so not a 1.5 weeks.

Have you ever ordered from suppz?? Lmao I had a terrible experience with them awhile back...only reason I'm even trying them again is cause the Reign deal was too good to pass up. If suppz don't even have it to ship yet I wouldn't hold my breath for August 1st let alone tomorrow. I hope I'm wrong though .

I think suppz is the problem and sorry to say olympus should never have used them to release the product.. come on guys a company who cannot even send confirmation mail, yet there discussion about some poor ass developer, bodybuilding.com and muscle and strength would have never had this issue, its basic customer service well before re1gn even entered birth.. so even if re1gn was ready to ship tommorow i rekon suppz be issue... boom!! I could care less at this point but I would probably fire one of my employees if they were late by even just one day for a project and they replied with "nothing to apologize for" customer service 101 guy.

Good thing you aren't a fan of Evomuse then lol. Top quality products take a long time regardless.. Don't rush it and be underwhelmed like 90% of the crap out there.

Matt always makes good on his customers despite sometimes shipping and stuff being wonky. I'm sure OL will do the same. At the end of the day, you know you are getting something sexy and innovative.. Worth it regardless ha

I really don't care but I'm not the one that set several target dates and missed every one... they did that themselves....I was just saying a responsible company gets in front of these things... they don't wait till the deadline passes and then say something.... it's the equivalent of turning in a paper in college late and saying your grandmother died and you were too upset to contact the professor and let them know you were going to be late with the assignment... The release has in reality been pushed back months? I think it was slated for May? June 1st? Yes, it's ridiculous.

I'm sure Olympus realises this, if anything it's hurt their business and the marketing towards the product lost its punch. It's happened before, which is why customers are frustrated.

Nothing you can do about it, I went out and bought other products because I expected this to happen and also being Australian I wait much longer for delivery.

I just learnt to move on, but I understand people set up their cycles, or programs and affects it them.

It bothers me to even reason why they didn't just get 5/5 of the flavor sleeves printed as to the 2/5. 2/5 is as good as 0/5. The August 1st ship date is the ship date for the INTL RE1GN not the domestic. The domestic is being prioritized.

I don't think those products were given the hype as much as Re1gn. And people love their pre workouts unlike those other supps. Logically speaking, when you tempt the crowd so much with the product and then keep delaying the product, people are bound to get pissed.

I get that. But if it's a trend with the company then I wouldn't put all my eggs in the basket of "maybe this will be different" if they previously missed either the release date or shipping date on almost every product in a year.
