Problem on triple stack...please shed some light

So I started AX triple stack on tues morning of this week. Didnt really feel anything out of the ordinary. Weds in the gym felt really good, I felt a bit more brave to hit some heavier squats and did lunges for the first time in who knows how long. Long story short Tues and Weds were good days.

My problem came Thrusday when I woke up. Well "woke up" is hardly the words for what I did. I was so tired I could barely get up to take a leak. I slept untill 3:30! Went to work at 5pm and was asleep again by 11pm. Friday was almost the same thing, except I was excited to hit the gym again. But I still slept till almost noon. I skipped a day of class and a day of clinicals cause I was so friggin tired.

My question is...is this normal??? Im thinking not so much. I was taking to HX2 before bed along with 1MFX.

Please help!!! This pattern cannot continue!
At this point I hate to say it but I am not very pleased with the stack
Someone please shed some light for me!!!

Im not an AX rep bro, but just a thought here - you may be over training. Dont know about you, but whenever i start a new stack, my legs take a toll on me. That is to say, that my leg workouts are particually intense, and being such a large body part tend to take a lot of energy to repair.

im not sure how you were working out before, but based on your post, it seems you increased the intensity for 2 or 3 days, especially on your legs.

If i were you id take the weekend off, up the calories a little and chillax (lol @ that, chill on ax product = chillax...nvm that was lame).

Again just a thought man - overtraining. I know my leg workouts can make me exhausted, so it takes some time for the body to adjust to increased workouts.

Again just a thought, see how the weekend goes ya know what i mean?!

Over training is an option like mentioned below.

Also, switch from taking 2 HDX2 before bed to just 1 and see how that goes.

Are there any other variables that might have an influence over this? Lethargy isn't something that I've run across with the stack - with either the old or new version of MFX.

Can you give us an idea of your typical day...breakdown of wake-up, eat, workout, work or school, and sleep times? Perhaps if there is too much fluctuation in those (like working swing shifts), your natural sleep patterns could be off.

There are very very very many variables to this, and we'd like to help you out with it. Gotta have a good experience, not a bad one!!! :D

The overtraining idea sounds like a possibility. However, my Sat. morning went as they usually do. Woke up around 9am with a cytogainer shake. Then I was just bored sitting around so I layed back down and slept from like 10:30 -1:00pm. Ate 2 cans of tuna before going to work. Saturdays are usually like a sleep catch up day at the end of my week but this week I definately didnt need that at all.
Once I was up and at work I had plenty of energy. Ended eathing BBQ chicken for dinner around 7:00pm. Then another protien shake around 9:30. Came home at 11pm, drank a cytogainer and crashed.
Sunday morning was a whole differant story! Woke up very easily on Sun morning. Got to work at 7:00am and ate breakfast after my cytogainer after my shower. Had more energy than usual. I felt good today, and was in a pretty good mood all day. Ate a gross chicken sandwich at 11:00am and finished the work day with a protien shake around 2:00pm. Also I drank plenty of water all weekend at work. Ate dinner around 7:00pm at cracker barrel, some chicken fried chicken, potatoes and dumplings. Came home at8:00pm fell asleep till 9:30 and drank a cytogainer.
Now Im ready to go back to bed for the night.
The stack for the weekend consisted of, MFX 1-1-1-1. HX2 1-1-1-1. R2 1-1-1 both days.

The overtraining deal makes perfect sense, Ive just never been hit with it that awfully hard before. A tech a work was saying the same thing as you MashedPotato.

I know my diet is horrible, I try to eat when ever I have the chance. Im horrible at judging the nutritional values of foods.(Too busy flirting with the chic infront of me in that class)

Anyways Im going to clinicals Mon morning no matter what happens and Im dying to hit back and bis Mon evening in the gym. Im not 100% sure what to attribute my lethargy to, heck, it might just be senioritis. Who knows. But I do know I want to get the most out of this stack as I can with what Ive got to work with.

Thanks for the input guys.

Oh yeah I forgot to mention. My natural sleep patterns are all messed up. Sometimes I sleep 4 hours and feel refreshed while other times I sleep anywhere from 6-14 hours and could still sleep the whole day away.
I dont think it helps that I cant even remember the last time I slept through an entire night without waking up at least 2 or 3 times. Its only for a few minutes but I know its interrupting the important REM sleep cycles. Ive been like this at least since high school. I almost enjoy waking up in the night just so I can fall back asleep again.

Glad it worked out bro. Just thought it might be overtraining. All too often we can be quick to blame a new supplement for an apparent "side effect", when actually its just pure coincidence. In this case i was almost sure you hit the gym hard for 2-3 days straight (mfx also increases strength) and that can put a toll on your body if your not normally accustomed to it.

....take it as a possitive thing bro. You hit the gym hard and now your body is telling you to rest. It needs to repair & grow :)

i love the mfx max and hx 2 combo. Natural, clean and well freakin damn awesome! AX is the shiznit!

Though that mace guy can be a bit shifty at times.... he keeps asking for my address and wants me to do blood work for the next month. Weird guy ;)

HAHAHA!!!:rofl::rofl: The only question is...is the blood work gonna have your name or his name on the tubes at the lab. (lol)

J/K Macedaddy. You guys are all super cool in my book.

I hit the gym this week with a full head of steam. Im starting a new 12 week regimine I found in a M&F magazine. I like it so Ill give it a shot. Just gotta customize it a little bit.

But besides that, I dont know what got into me today at the gym. I was doing legs, traps and shoulders and I was there for almost 4 hours!!! I think I only lost focus for mayby 15-20 mins total the whole time. Plus it was all heavy sets and will be for 2 1/2 more weeks. Im loving it! I feel sooo strong. But still not like I was in high school man.(I suck. lol) The third week is all about the pump. Im really looking foreward to those workouts, Im just afraid Im gonna pussy out on the tri-sets and drop sets.

Im not sure what Im gonna do about the last 4 weeks of the routine. Im thinking MSMFX if I end up getting really good results from this stack. Im still not really seeing any vascularity more than normal though. Its been 9 days on. I do feel way stronger and more confident though. Thats for certain.
F.Y.I. The confidece definately helped at the job fair I went to today. Maybe thats the "Alpha Male" in me comming out to play.

ALPHA MALE=:welcome:

Just wondering what is the triple stack of AX. I ordered and I received today my AX superdrol NG and trisorbagen. IS this the Triple stack probably not since it's only 2 products. Just curious.

Well, I think that we just figured out the problem, man!!! You need to SLEEEEEEEEEP!!!!!!

My recommendations? Easy....stack 2 HX2 with 2 Abyss from Nimbus Nutrition - will help you fall asleep and STAY asleep. Wifey's got fibro myalgia and can't usually sleep for crap. Abyss was like magic for her, so now I keep a bottle here at all times. (Cause nobody wants a cranky wifey!!!)

I have to take Abyss so nobody has a cranky ME. ;)

This Abyss that you speak so highly of, I take it its a sleep aid of some sort. Ive always been afraid of those cause once im in bed, getting me out of bed is about as hard as keeping a desparate 18 yr old struggling actress off her knees.:pose:
(if you catch my drift)
In other words its way harder for me to wake up than it is to fall asleep. Plus Ive been this way so long I think I almost enjoy waking up at night just so I can fall back asleep again and again.

But just to know, how many hours would this Abyss supp put me out of commision for on a normal night??? I dont usually go to sleep at the same time more than one or two days in a row either. So if this is anything like Ambien or something of that nature Id definately need to tighten up my sleep patterns and times and what not.

Abyss will just help you fall asleep and get more recovery when you are sleeping. It is all natural so you shouldn't have any of the harsh effects of prescription sleep products.

Right, and if your sleep patterns become more normalized, you will wake up more refreshed and ready to start the day. A crappy night's sleep is the worst for trying to get up in the morning - that's pretty obvious. But if you've slept enough and had good, quality sleep, then getting your butt out of bed in the morning will be much easier.

If not, get one of those programable 1-cup coffee makers and set it to brew right before you get up in the morning. Nothing says lovin like the alarm clock buzzin and a good cup of Joe waiting for you!!!

days 3-7 on this stack were pretty bad for me. By 6 pm i had never been so tired in my entire life, but it eevntually went away and i had great results from the stack.
