Pre-Workout

Im trying to make something with pure ingredients for pre-workout. I dont want spend so much money on pre-work supplements so I figured I would but bulk stuff and make my own and ideas? My stack looks like this so far

AST-sports science micronized creatine
Scivation xtend
Unltimate nutririon horse power
fish oil
green tea
kwick Karb (Waxy Maize Starch)

do you think I should Make a pre-workput supplement or just keeep horse power? Im just lookin for a stack to gain as much strenght as possible. Not gonna cut anymore.
 
I have a question with my stack, I was thinking about combining 50 grams of protein, 5 grams of creatine monohydrate and 75 grams of kwick Karb (Waxy Maize Starch) as a post workout shake. Dose that sound okay??

That's a lot of protein. Id say go down to about 35g, but that is just me. Other than that, yeah sounds like it would be a great replenish mix.

-That is just my personal opinion on the coming down from 50g of protien.
 
I have heard countless reports and scientific studies showing that the human body can only absorb 40g of protein per hour. So I will second Click and say that MIGHT be too much. I have always done 40g for that simple fact. BUT, you always want to err on the side of getting in too much than too litle.
As for Pre-Workout I LOVE Axis Labs - SMASH. I have been getting as good or better results from it during my workouts that any other supplement I have ever used.
 
Take the WMS with EAA's, not with a protein powder. Consume that PostWO and then have a whole food meal ~45 minutes later.

i would save and hold the wms for post w/o
 
50g of WMS with 20g of EAAs. Drink ASAP and then eat a whole food meal ~1 hr later. Also, consume PostWO anti-o's with WMS.
