PowerFull & Cissus RX thoughts by BC

Hey all,

I just wanted to post up my thoughts on USP Labs Powerfull and Cissus, and althought I have only been taking them for three days, I thought I'd start a thread I could add to as time went by. I bought 2 bottles of each, so I should be set for a little over a month. I started on this past Saturday (March 4th). I want to warn you all right now, in the future this thread will be updated with useful feedback, but as of right now you are going to hear how after 3 days on this stuff I don't have too much to say because I have had some really ****ty workouts (not because of the supps, just bad luck). For the straight to the point details skip to the summary at the bottom if you like:

When I took them Saturday night I started to feel a warm sensation in my arms, and noticed they were pumped and I hadn't even arrived at the gym yet (this was 20min after dosage). I was pretty excited, but I decided to take my gf along and right before we got there she sprung it on me that she wanted to play raquetteball BEFORE I lifted. I knew it was a bad idea, but I never oblige such requests so I thought I'd be nice for once. An hour later I finally had time to train my legs. Yup, they were already pretty tired. Workout was ****ty, basically my own fault.

Sunday I took the doses but that was a day off from lifting, I went to Disneyland all day.

Monday (today) was absolute ****. Here's why: I was hurrying to get to the gym before too late but I hadn't eaten in almost 2.5 hours, so I made the DUMB mistake of eating a can of chili, a bagel right before leaving. I made it worse by washing this down with tons of water, and finally a creatine ****tail, with my doses of PowerFull & Cissus RX. I felt very full / bloated, but not sick yet. Luckily I had to make a few stops first, so by the time I got to the gym about 45min had passed. I thought it was a enough time for my stomach to settle, but I was wrong. It was chest day and all my lifts were going ****ty, I was struggling to keep up with what I had lifted last week. Then my stomach started hurting 40min into my workout. I tried sitting down for a few min, still was not right. I drive home and lay down for about 30min. I wake up and just think "oh ****" and I steamroller through obstacles in my place to get to the bathroom. I think you know what happened next, and honestly if I decided to gross you all out further and elaborate you just would not believe me. I'm still kind of in shock. The thing is during this time I started seeing double vision, and when I took that nap when I got home I was having tons of crazy rapid dreams. I know all the food was an issue in making me feel so sick, but I am wondering if I had some sort of reaction with the supps?


What I have noticed so far: Pumps / warm sensation in arms shortly after dosage. Pain from pelvic bone inflammation is signifigantly reduced, probably from Cissus! I am very pleased with that, and hopefully in the next week or so I will start feeling some anabolic effects.

What I am hoping for: I mainly bought this stack for two reasons. To heal up an injury I have, which it seems to be helping with (See above), and to increase my strength.

Important update -- If you read about my Monday above you know that I got very sick during my workout. I thought I maybe just ate too much too quickly right before the gym, but I made that post a little after 1am local time, and it is now almost 12pm Tuesday. I spent the entire night pukking my guts out, probably got two hours of sleep and was not able to hold down ANY medicine. Until I figure out wtf went wrong I will probably be taking a break from taking any supps or normal foods. I can't even hold down some Cambells Chicken Noodle soup :-(

sounds like you have the case stomach flu - I had it two weeks ago - 7 days straight - straight stomach pains like food poisoning that came out of no whereand all you do is get sick no other symptoms It'll pass but I feel your pain

I make my girl take her friend to work out... cuz the designers of my colleges gym were smart... they put the free weights in a dungeon below the cardio equipment... so all the girls can stay out... but the boys gotta come up to do their cardio... just made my night dude!

Fell better, make sure your geetting all ur vitamins too, I know stomach stuff just sucks the life outtya!

Thanks guys!

I'm trying to eat something but my body seems to reject just about everything. I've tried sipping on some carbonated beverages and that seems to be the only think I will not throw up. I thought something lite like toast would be ok, but that too was only in my stomach for a few min. Any suggestions?

OJ mixed with ginger ale... thats what my momma gave me as a boy. Um, ritz crackers. Throwing up messes with your sodium levels too, might wanna try and stomach some Ritz Crackers....

Thats all I got ta say... sorry broham, feel better!
