Well I've run Hex before, only with Epistane, not TRT. I'm off TRT now anyways for as long as I can, but I bet it's good. I have Test E 300 sitting around for that rainy day, lol.

Endo-doc says I'm recovering natural levels, so I'm hesitant to suppress myself, but would like to finish my stock of 6a-HexD from PRE and my stock of 3AD from Enhanced Formulations.

In a previous thread we identify those and a few others as more liver friendly, strength and speed up recovery PH. Maybe not as a mega gainer like S-drol.

However, with my fresh and dry androgen receptors now... A Hex run could really shine being leaner, I think.

Frack yeah! Off TRT six weeks, total T is back to 300ng/dl and free Test is rising to a good range. Endo-doc is happy I'm making a good amount of my own Test and frankly my gonads are not suprressed and my gyno side is all but gone.

Going to stay lean now and stick to the plan of slow and steady. @BEAST73

Anything besides Clomid or Novla to boost T recovery? You know a fertility specialist, not even though endo-doc has to prescribe that for kick start sperm (have kids). We take this stuff and ladies anti cancer drugs for gyno supression way to often on these boards TBH. People just take them standard with their gear, crazy.

If you just got off I would wait awhile before running anything, use Clomid as a “boost” if needed. I took a 2-3 year break after I got off TRT before I used any steroids, Clomid been my bff since.

Forgot to log back and biceps yesterday... It was good though, body is waking up after a good two weeks of 70-80% on cycle peak condition work outs. Strength and muscle shape is coming back.

Also props to @BUILDFASTFORM I LOVE Fullblitz and now I use vasoblitz at night or extra pump and the blue raspberry is amazing with Gatorade. Yohimbine/caffeine balance is perfect in fullblitz.

Has beat out Dymatize Perfectly engineered pre-work out... It's a close second with Teacrine/caffeine energy and nitrosigine for pump... But arginine nitrate is pretty effective too in Fullblitz.

Also no clumping, like Dymatize, and Fullblitz s my go-to daily workout now. Maybe all time favorite!

I've used them all. Nootropic blend really helps with focus and it's a feel good blende for us melancholy folk.

Good shyt bro... I just had every thing tested cholesterol, liver enzymes etc. Everything looks good for me and is range as well. Ive been off about a month now too. Curious to see where my total t is also. I may have that tested. My liver has some issues too. I'm actually about to start a 2 month course of meds that hopefully will square me away. If everything goes well I'll hop back on in a few months.

Super glad to see lots of good members on here either improve themselves and exceed their own expectations.. even with ups and downs just keep on the journey.

Shoulder blast day - after a weekend of throwing furniture and a steam vacuum around.. need a shoulder day to blow off stress and loosen the neck and thoracic up.

Basically like 12 sets x 10-12 reps, maybe 8 when tired.. of dumbbell, seated machine, standing pulley stacks with free handles... All shoulder press type.

And a bunch of cable and dumbbell raises, delt expansions (reverse fly). It was log worthy, but ran short on time. Will add notebook back to gym bag.

Also Warmupincline leg press, 180, 200, 210 lbs x 3 set of 10-12 reps..

In still like it.. but fullblitz/vasoblitz (arginine N03T) have legit taken over my primary day/night supplement regime for a number of reasons..

Was pleasantly surprised to be wrong for a change.

Bit of head cold, interview for new job, and sons first Bday in books. Hope to workout this week at the hotel in Colorado.

Next week will begin in earnest since family will be abroad to lift steady and have a bit of a cycle, since I am basically slim now.

Man, been hit with Murphy's Law, fought through it and back at the gym.. so busy but staying at it. 2)3 days a week, took a week off for travel and had a cold, lost a wallet, network rollout at 3 offices went haywire..

Weight and strength, gonads, sex drive are restoring (now training Natty after TRT quit 3 months now, blood work after all those steroids finally looks great again) and I feel pretty strong!

Lifted with my best friend from college, best mand recently. Hes a natural mesomorph could bodybuild way better.. but I've become STRONGER, he was surprised.. more endurance on reps (no powerlift momentum tricks, just core strength slow) on somethings despite my lanky ectomorph build I am able to best him on shoulder blasts and back/arm days.

When i lift now, it's for form, mind muscle, connect stretch/strength/pump - when you have a back fracture, other joint issues.. the pain relief from lifting slow makes one stronger, as that hurt is so much less than achy body hurt and aches from atrophy!

However my boy can do crazy stuff life one arm pull ups for reps and muscle ups, I can't do that.. And his chest is way stronger, always a slow point for me.

So kept a good amount of muscle, lost a little too much leaning out, but now reversing the trend and kept s good amount of cycle strength.

Will try some lighter PH like Hexadrone and 3AD here again, or maybe not. I want to push Natty gainz.. with just Fullblitz pre-work out for a while.

Leaned out and going to try that Fairlife, high protein, no lactose, ultra filtered milk.

Give these silly protein powders, bars, and lean gainers a rest.

Now that I am hitting "fighting shape" and dam.is abroad timemto max out the next couple months!
I’ve been loving keifer non lactose smoothies. Drink 1 a day.

Well Gents, just threw away the Vape pen. The end of 20 years of THC blanket. Time to live life connected more.

Accepted new job role and have been still in/out gym, fixing house, etc.

Almost through the trench.

I think you should see an improvement with Clarity and sharpness and focus with the lion's mane. I've also found that fasting help significantly with brain fog. Brain fog is sometime caused from toxic buildup in the brain and when you fast it has an opportunity to clean itself out.

Congratulations on putting down weed pen I'm still in the battle myself to get completely sober. Right now my biggest struggle is this kratom. I'm not on a huge dose but still it's a crutch and I want off

Well 8-days no THC, craving starting to reduce. Appetite returning, Gabapentin is wonder sleep with no hangover or risk like Benzo and thank GOD for Lions Mane mushroom.

That ish really lifts the brain fog, help focus and memory... Most Important reduces the anxiety/panic after stopping hourly use of THC vape pens for years and years.

I mean the loss of sleep, sweats, hunger, anxiety/woke-brain anger, OCD coming on... Lions Mane and gapapentin is that 1-2 punch.

Also, if anyone would like the last of my oral stash (Synergy Research Labs LGD-4033, M-Sten, RAD-140) hie me up (just pay for the ship label, otherwise it's a donation).

I am STILL lifting 2-3 days a week, focusing on the athletic range of motion and strength. Hypertrophy secondary, athlete/family needs first.

It's been 20 years since I was this healthy, sober. Zero drugs, just my Fullblitz and Vasoblitz and me.

I am even done with most excess bulks diets. I'd rather drink good chocolate milk and work from 185lbs now slowly to 200-210lbs again.

But I think now that my gonads are back, sex drove is back... Blood work nice and clean, I think I can actually go Natty and hit a pretty good mark, no need for the risk anymore.

Will start logging the workouts again soon.

But much more focus on the act of improving lifting and strength for a tall ectomoroh, less about anabolic cycles.

Hope everyone is doing well.and @hairygrandpa is on the road to recovery!

If I do anything now it will be drier recovery compounds (Hexadrone, 3-AD), no major liver toxicity, etc.

Had to come to grips with the fact that I finally might to have go seek therapy for first time ever.

Basically, I am a high functioning bipolar person.. or in withdrawl my receptors are fried, or both and it's magnifying because of that.

But if I am honest with myself and looking at a list of symptoms, we'll see what the docs at Kaiser say.

Like a slightly less badass version of Cary/Quinn from Homeland. I manage it well, or did until trying to get off THC finally... Sigh.

Have you had or do you feel you have or had manic episodes? It's not necessary for type 2 but type 1 definitely is a requirement. However hypomanic episodes are required for a type 2 diagnosis. Type 2 is also more likely to suffer depression more often than the upswing episodes.

Manic episodes are really hard to deny. It's really not something you can hide well or play off if you're in a full blown manic episode. Most people around you will see it. Manic people tend to blow it off and see themselves in grandiose ways. A lot of people have mood swing from one to the next and there is even depressive disorders where there are long periods of depression without the actual mania. I'm not sure how familiar you are with what an actual manic episode looks like.

I would definitely go talk with someone and see what they think if thats how youre feeling but you are also only a couple weeks free of thc which could certainly contribute to mood.

Yeah already promised the wife.. I've always been prone to "enhanced life" manic highs, etc. And then times of lows and pushing people away or being just locked in a dark room, etc. Some of my fights with and interaction with the person who loves me most become intense and Carrie from Homeland -esque. I can control my speech better than her, but it's like watching a female type cast of yourself in a lot of ways.

I am not sure the type exactly, yet, but when I was reading the manic scales and list of issues, it was most of them (Mayo, Cleveland Clinic) but no.. suicidal, and Halocination sides some get on the more severe scale.

Ironically, i was once recruited for a Tech Intel Officer at the agency some years back.. no ****, my self and my older half brother both applied at the same time. They reached out me (I always scored near perfect on ASVAB and similar tests), but they Crossed our files. Because my first name...is my older brothers' middle name.

So odd. I was almost Carrie, had they not mixed up our near simultaneous applications (that we didn't know the other had done). Can't make that ish up.!

EDIT - well if I were to expound more like a mix of Carie bipolar and Max the IT spy guy..with better firearm training from my pseudo dad (retired Marine, federal investigator who taught me shoot, hunt, in PA). But I turned white hat hacker long long ago and let my skill rust until my Sunnyvale neighborhood was threatened with nor-cal Gangs tangs Norte, SST.

Setup a hidden radio linked IP motiom-camera perimeter around my HOA... To know all the transient crime non sense.

Being honest with yourself is THE MOST IMPORTANT THING! Now, everything will get better. Target identified, lock on target!

Thanks my man! I was also reading that serious THC withdrawl can present a lot of bipolar like symptoms.

That said my house is coming together once I got out of the low-spell. Did 4 days of workout too last week, 2 this week and I fly out to Irvine, CA Sunday to start work Monday. I just need to break the cycle of symptoms/relapse (see below, I have this).

I just ordered a ton more Lion's Mane, maybe some Oxiracetam. Might even try Gapapentin 300mg in the daytime (with stimulant drink). I usually use 600mg to sleep, but it can help if my mood/anger kicks in. Can't even talk to a psychj until Dec. 2nd 3rd.

"There is a common belief among the public that marijuana is not very addictive and so it is not a big problem," he said. "It is not enough to simply say, 'I want to quit,' but, instead, the person must be able to withstand the turmoil of going through withdrawal."

Harley Street therapist Michael Garnham told the UK’s Daily Mail: “In my experience of working with hundreds of drug users, withdrawal from cannabis can be one of the worst in terms of feelings of anger, anxiety and extreme mood swings. People also find it very hard to remain focussed both mentally and physically.”

At least my house is clean enough again.. lol. I got a Body Beast chest workout yesterday. Going to hang the bedroom pullup bar here, finally.. so I can put my City Sports membership on hold and save $.

As far as gains, just maintaining at 185-190lbs and 12% BF or so. Fine-tuning of diet for recovery, not bloated cycles. LOVE FAIRLIFE Milk. Ultrafiltered (high protein, low sugars) milk that is lactose-free is my new jam. At major grocers and Walmart. Easy on the stomach, nice chocolate from cocoa too!

Wholly Shyt, finally got the pull-up bar in my room!

Finally cancelled City Sports gym, gonna move to home gym before work.

All my bloodwork, even cholesterol looks good now. Liver and Kidneys values have restored, took 12-18 months... Kaiser app charts the blood work over 3-4 years (on & after roids).

My own Test level back to ~350ng/dL (post cycles, then also off TRT for 5 months now).

Been in lurk mode, on AM.. but new job and years of new dad delayed 🏠 repairs done! Goto Sri Lanka to get wife and kids 13-22nd. Get them home for Xmas.

@Godstrength how goes the Keaton battle? I finally got a psychiatrist to talk about getting past THC.

Going to try lifting with just Fairlife chocolate milk for main protein, FullBlitz and Dymaztize perfect pre workouts.. and the original patented Creatine HCL by Kaged Muscle.

I've been clean of everything for awhile, might try (finally) my Hexadrone or 3AD runs. And rock Body Beast 💪 at home, just gotta get consistent again.

Without puullup bar and bands.. couldn't do the back routine. Bench and dumbbells are not enough tho.

Well it's hella obvious, between career, two young kids, and my personal seizure recovery and giving up drugs.. my cycle log, is not one at all.

More of a mental therapy log.

Gonna end this, either delete my account, or maybe bounce back and fresh log with a 2020 perspective.

2019 was a recovery year, I am 100% healthy (full bloodwork recovery, even Test level) fit, and yes 20 days clear of THC.. my last vice after 20 years. Sober!

I'll probably just read y'alls threads again until @yates84 comes back.

I would love to run cycles again (saving a stash of PRE Hexadrone and 3AD) but I was making great progress first 2 years of harder cycles (DMZ, Sdrol and the like), bit year 3 with the Benzo seizure.. yeah backslid.

Perhaps I'll do one more, but this log has lost momentum.

Right now being Natty and recovered 190/13% BF. Not bad considering ore lifting and cycles I was 170/20% at 6'2". I did peak at 225/16% or the leanest and biggest was 210/11% in lbs/BF%.

So had I lifted and cycled smarter (not gotten addicted and over push things).. I could have probab kept more of those gains by recovering when I was at peak.. instead of losing half of the work in year 3+ and non stop cycles, false PCT loops.

To @Whisky @Godstrength @DemntedCowboy @yates84 @hairygrandpa (and a number of other folks will tag when I get back from Sri Lanka) you guys are class acts - really learned a lot.

Thanks brother! I think I will come back with a better plan soon. Need to read y'alls logs more too.

Also pretty stoked to try the real Creatine HCL (patent one from Kaged muscle).

So first log will be 6a-Hexadrone and Creatine HCL. Completely clear bloods, I'll post my Kaiser charts of how all my levels went back to normal, took like 12-18 months for them to all be at a baseline like I have never touched a strong roid.

And man the gyno lumps are dime sized now, never had the gyno issue first two years.. but damn too frequently cycling and after the Tren Ace, heavy Test cycles in year 3 is when they hit. Wonder why the DMZ and Sdrol and others PH didn't give me any issue years 1-2? I also wonder if I've "sensitized the tissue" now so it flares up sooner. Had some minor gyno at year 2 but, they went away. Only stuck around by year 3. Almost gone now though, I guess small dime lumps will be present now for good. Not a big deal, doesn't really show until my kids slap my chest.. and then ya know they're still there, ouch!

Glad to hear. I'm sure you could get rid of the rest of the gyno if you really wanted to if it bothered you that bad. But if not, I wouldn't worry about dime size. I look forward to another log from you, but at the same time, like I said brother. You do you, we gotta take care of ourselves and families first. But, when your ready I will be following along.

I would love to run cycles again (saving a stash of PRE Hexadrone and 3AD) but I was making great progress first 2 years of harder cycles (DMZ, Sdrol and the like), bit year 3 with the Benzo seizure.. yeah backslid.

Perhaps I'll do one more, but this log has lost momentum.

Right now being Natty and recovered 190/13% BF. Not bad considering ore lifting and cycles I was 170/20% at 6'2". I did peak at 225/16% or the leanest and biggest was 210/11% in lbs/BF%.

So had I lifted and cycled smarter (not gotten addicted and over push things).. I could have probab kept more of those gains by recovering when I was at peak.. instead of losing half of the work in year 3+ and non stop cycles, false PCT loops.

To @Whisky @Godstrength @DemntedCowboy @yates84 @hairygrandpa (and a number of other folks will tag when I get back from Sri Lanka) you guys are class acts - really learned a lot.

How was the Deca? I am at ,191lbs and 14-15% BF now. Out of the gym. Trying to get a better work remote Job, to balance work, kids, and gym.

Gym got cut to keep everything else on check for the past while, I hate it. Can't wait to be active again.

That's the goal! How goes it with you? What's the latest?
Got a whole thread about it in cycle logs. Basically, got stupid, took up running, got up to 8 to 12 miles a day. Did a marathon. Lost 100lbs in 6 months. Hated being scrawny. Been back in the gym like 2 months. Up 30 lbs. Running Test and Tren.

Thanks for the recap! But that's awesome, everyone needs cardio, even lifters. And I bet that +30lbs it'll look even better since you slimmed down first. I'll stop by the log :)

hey bro, family and kids always gotta come first man. Your doing the right thing, the gym will be there and waiting for you when **** settles.

the deca is treating me well. I’m having a great cycle. The only downside is it became a recomp as I’m having work down on my house and don’t have a kitchen so struggling to get enough decent cals to lean bulk. But I feel amazing, look better than I ever have at 225 and strength is the same as the last time I was 240+. Finishing the deca in 8 weeks (just added var) then cruising for a bit and running TTM for summer - fun days 😃
