Poor customer service & refund

I put in an order (# 846) on 9/11/18 and got “awaiting fulfillment” for several days. I was able to get communication started via the Contact Us form on the Suppremacy website, and one item was on backorder so all is held up. It took some messaging to get an understanding that I want the available portion of the order sent and the backorder item sent later. Okay! Several days later and no shipping confirmation. I have at no point been able to get anyone to answer at the provided phone number. I’m seeking a full refund and order cancellation. Any response appreciated before going through credit company for refund.

You realize this is just a forum and the reps here dont actually work at the facility. Honestly you need to take that concern to the BBB. This issue goes above what a rep can offer you and I hope it gets handled soon. Not good for them just starting back and there hasn't been alot of high notes for them. Almost seems like they went down hill like Nutraplanet had.

I ordered from suppremacy two weeks ago and actually it went great, order arrived in three days, no problems at all.

The BBB? That's terrible advice.. I would keep trying to communicate with them. PM me and ill get you in touch with them

I’ve gotten much better results that way but it’s pretty sound advice when money is involved.

Its not about money. Starting a business in this industry in this climate is next to impossible. By advising people to go to the BBB you are asking people to potentially ruin the livelihood of who know's how many peoples lives.

Its not about money. Starting a business in this industry in this climate is next to impossible. By advising people to go to the BBB you are asking people to potentially ruin the livelihood of who know's how many peoples lives.
Obviously not that many if he can’t get one answer. I’m glad you want to see the bigger picture and I barely get your point simply from a standpoint that money was paid for a product. That product wasn’t confirmed for shipping within a timely fashion but after an exchange the available part of the order was indeed to be shipped. After that the items still haven’t been shipped....

What are you defending? The runaround the customer has received for almost 2 weeks now... no this isn’t normal and he’s indeed entitled to a full refund if he wants it. I certainly wouldn’t believe my product is still on the way after this long. People’s livelihood isn’t the issue he needs to be concerned with. It’s where his money went.

So going to the BBB is going to help him get the product or us working proactively together will? And reps are usually able to serve as a direct form of communication to retailers/company's; its part of their job.

The product no, his money yes.

I’m glad your willing to help the OP get his order straight. Good to see. We disagree on this matter and that’s ok, in the end it’s the consumer at the end who needs the issue resolved to his/her liking.

Thank you for offering to help OL. I may not need it after all though (btw OL products are top notch and made up this entire order I put in with suppremacy!)

I got an email back overnight stating that they sent the package on the 18th after the rep had last emailed me. They also said they think they have a problem with their shipping software that has prevented my order status from updating, and if I don’t receive it by Wednesday they will gladly reship it.

This still leaves me with no tracking number or whether the backorder item came in or would be sent later, so I’ll have to keep trying to communicate about it with them. Glad other people are reporting smoother transactions!
