I put in an order (# 846) on 9/11/18 and got “awaiting fulfillment” for several days. I was able to get communication started via the Contact Us form on the Suppremacy website, and one item was on backorder so all is held up. It took some messaging to get an understanding that I want the available portion of the order sent and the backorder item sent later. Okay! Several days later and no shipping confirmation. I have at no point been able to get anyone to answer at the provided phone number. I’m seeking a full refund and order cancellation. Any response appreciated before going through credit company for refund.
