Please, who knows the best regimen how to use bpc-157?

Interested in bpc-157 I'm looking for the best way to use it?
Does anybody know and/or have experience with it?
All help and advice is much appreciated.
 
I can't say I know the best regimen, but I have used a lot of bpc 157 and what your using it for matters. If it's a gut health issue or a ulcer you can use oral bpc but for injuries you want injectable and you want to pin at the sight of the injury or as close as possible. I do not feel sub q works good for healing injuries but I do think sub q helps with a little inflammation still.

I've used doses of 200mcg to 2,000mcg (2gm) per day. About 500mcg per day was the most common way I've used it but I've also took the 2gm day 1 and followerd up with 200-250mcg/day
 
It's also important to make sure your regular nutrition and supplements are on point for healing. Having those factors in place will speed things up as well. V-A,C,D,E. Collagen, zinc and magnesium are all important as well as blood flow. Glutamine is a good addition to help healing as well
