So I'm having a lingering pain. If you put you hand vertical bin your armpit then slide up between the pec and delt it's were it is.
Flat benching 135-225 is painful but 275 to 300's isn't as bad. I can dumbbell incline 100+ no problem/pain. Is this bad form/tendonitis/something else? Any known good stretches for it or something?
Currently orange triad, cissius, 8g fish oil daily for joints and all that jazz.
