Also I'm just going to add this along side what Bobo said. Please DO NOT bring the Rec drug talk here. It won't be tolerated and you will be booted quicker then a girl from my bed after I bust. Please keep this forum for exactly what the titles implies.

Actually, kwyckemynd00, we probably should have a sticky with some rules on it at least, since JM is already saying no rec drug talk and then saying 'lets get to rolling' in the same sentence. That guy is a wild and crazy party animal I bet. Just a joke bro!

For real though. Rec drug talk may have a legit place in this form if it relates to anabolic topics. If your going to make generalizations, say no sourcing for illegal rec drugs, etc. But if someone likes to take a handful of Vicoden everynight rec style (like Rogue) and has a legit Rx to do it, and is not asking for a source or talking any scandelous ****, why can't it be discussed? It needs to be, because in that particular make-believe scenario, a real liver problem could develope w/ coadministration of certain anabolics or anc. drugs. So don't get too excited to judge folks and ban them, unless the thread is clearly not pertinent or blatantly illegal, please.

I agree that this should stick to OTC products as it relates to anabolic topics. I definately think we need to develope some good rules for this board. I mean, we definately don't need to be talking about how many oxycotin one can take w/out overdosing...lol.

I personally was most interested in keeping things as safe as possible during cycle. So yeah, of course if someone is taking a crap load of some kind of drug and are worried about side effects that can come about, if any, while on cycle. That's just as legit a safety concern as any. As long as we're not talking crap like "what's your favorite drug to get high." and some of that lame crap, I think all legitimate drug interaction concerns should be considered proper discussion.

Who's going to be making the rules?? We need 'em for sure.

EDIT: After a quick view at some of Dr. D's posts, I realized in a sticky of some sort we should have explainations and defination of some abbreviated words, etc. That way ppl don't have to waste posting space saying things like "What's peni-g? What's ceph?" etc...

Doc and all, in the sticky could we have a list of product names that are known scams/proven to work, such as generics that people have tried and had bad experiences? I know there seem to be a lot of generics of tamoxifen for example, and I remember a recent post here concerning counterfeit Viagra imitations that had little or no effect on libido.

I for one never take any OTC medicine,no aspirin,no cold medication,like nyquil or sudafed.No matter what I have tried I get a strange feeling from these type's of medicine kinda like a nervousness feeling.I think all of these medications, all they really do is mask the symptoms and lower ones immunity to infections..I prefer a holistic approach using supplements,diet,and generally a healthy lifestyle.

Lets face it all of the companies that produce most of this crap do not want to cure you,they want you to continue to take this stuff so they can continue to line thier pockets.

Me party no not me :thumbsup: Nowadays I'm dedicated to accumulating muscle and shredding fat so those wild and crazy days are behind me, well for the most part. LOL.

Also I've seen great boards fall because of rec drugs and rec drug talk. Good intentions or not we can't have it here. I believe bobo has now made a sticky about rules so hopefully everyone can respect them and we can all play nice together. :whip:

What do you guys mean when you say rec drugs talk? Just generally stupid stuff about downing rx/other drugs for fun or as a social thing? I think a sticky is a good idea, clear up rules and appropriate topics, etc.

Couldn't HAVE said it better, it may seem a bit drastic but we like this board and want to keep it going. Just talking about things such as rec drugs brings unwanted attention and to many prying eyes.

I don't do drugs... just steroids (hope you have seen 1/2 baked)

I'm with you MaDMan, I generally don't like to take any OTCs for symptoms, with the exception of cough suppressant so I don't annoy friends, family and coworkers. I will also take pseudoephedrine to prevent/treat sinusitis, and it's important to know how it could react with other things, like ECA, caffeine, or even green tea.

Yeah I think there's a place for RX discussion here as long as it's legally prescribed. Many people are on anti-depressants, allergy medicine, stuff like that. And interactions with anabolics need to be known!

"You can discuss the interaction of certain Rx drugs but the same rules apply for the Anabolic forum. If you ask for sources you will be banned."


Its very simple. Use common sense and if you don't have any, don't post.
