Want to take a second and give everyone here a sappy thank you.

A little over a year ago, I looked like this:

I was very close to taking enhancement to get “back to what I was”. Because of everyone here, I’m only like 5-7lbs away from my ultimate goal of 165 9%, and I haven’t taken a damn thing that requires a pct, effectively natural.

Subbed. Ever play around with DB hex presses? Those get great pec activation for me. Really builds the inner, giving a more full looking effect. That tittay pump is real!

I use to do those for a burn out set right after my DB flys and it definitely gave me a good pump for sure.
