order problem

hi allthewhey,

I really would have liked to just PM this information but it is off.

I placed an order last week and my cc was charged on the 24th of jan. I did not receive a confirmation email or anything. It is feb 2 now and I have received no package. All i ordered was 10lbs of strawberry blend. I wrote an email last thursday or friday and I did not get any response. I called yesterday (feb 1st) and the person who answered the phone said someone would call me back.. Nothing yet... I also wrote another email yesterday asking tracking information and still no response.

The order was to austin, TX, 78741.... and it is not the first time I ordered from you guys. I want to make sure that this is not written to bring negativity. I love your products and have never had a problem getting my orders.

I would like a tracking number, that's all. I hope it wasnt lost in the mail.. It's never taken 7+ days for me to receive an order from you guys.

thank you for the quick response. What is the best way to contact you? email you [email protected] or call the number again? Who do I ask for? thanks,
 
big ups to this company... Dom took care of the problem for me in 5 minutes on the phone... Thanks for personally calling me.. Will be doing business again soon.
