Never used Clen b4, debating on getting some from RC. But everyone seem to be pinning clen, is it because oral is subpar?

They’re using Helios and the assumption is it will spot reduce. It’s rumored it also somewhat limits the jitters pinning it SubQ.

And Helios is basically only for people who LOVE Yohimbine AND pinning, more than just popping caps.

Oral is perfectly fine too btw.
Not sure exactly what you’re thinking, but please do NOT pin clen if it doesn’t come in a vial.

Cool, thanks for the info. I'm guessing using research clen protocol is the same as 3-5 yrs ago? 2 on 2 off from what I read taper up.

Dosing protocol I’ve seen:
Start off on 40mcg run it once a day preworkout more than 6 hours before bed time
Increase the dose in a few days once the body acclimates
Repeat this process until it reaches 240mcg then stop increasing
Run for no more than 4 weeks
Then come off for 2 months minimum
And, as always, listen to your body! If you start noticing any extreme sides decrease dose immediately

Definitely not up to 240mcg. Maybe 140mcg max

Also, splitting Clen dosage into 2 or even 3 administrations will decrease the feeling of heart overstimulation. Say you got up to 120 mcg. You would be better served taking 60mcg twice a day or even 3x40mcg than all 120 at once.

Fwiw, I get good results at 50-80mcg daily. You don’t necessarily need as much as some people just want to take.

Don’t ever care to.
