230mg of Potassium (7%)
380mg of Sodium (20%)
114g of Carbs (32%)
13g of Fat (24%)

After reading about HFCS I'm going to throw away the syrup today and switch back to honey which i was originally using. My god do the manufacturing companies of HFCS love screwing over people for money.

That macronutrient breakdown looks pretty bad. I would consider that a "dirty" bulk.

Why not reduce the amount of carbs (by using the honey) and add two scoops of whey protein? Then you can get a bit closer to a 40/40/20 nutrient ratio.

Ya the syrup, i removed from it to replace it with honey but what do you think to remove to add protein? because the ive added protein to oatmeal before and let me tell you.... NASTY lol

no way man, Add the protein to the oatmeal after it cools off. Its fricken delicious. (you might need a packet or two of splenda, depending on how sweet the protein is)

Meh just drink the shake while you eat the oats... no need to ruin some perfectly delicious oatmeal by tossing some powder on top of it.

Just use sugar free syrup! I'm cutting for contest and I use a very small amount of it with my oatmeal. That + cinnamon + splenda + salt makes it not even taste like a diet food. The syrup is extremely low calorie. 1/4 cup is only 30 calories, and the amount I use is maybe 5-8 calories.

EDIT: Another AMAZING thing you can do. Whole grain cereal/ whatever slow digesting cereal of your choice plus Labrada Lean Body Vanilla is absolutely amazing. If I had a large supply of it, I would never use Milk again, and the shake is only 9g of fat with most from MCT oil, 9g of carbs, none of it sugar, and 40g of protein. That is clean enough for a cut! Heck on a bulk throw in some sugar free syrup! Omgawd I need to stop talking about food. I'm 8 weeks out right now.... so hungry....

thnx

Thanks brothers thus why i love this site every1 is always there to help every1 out :) and ill have to try out that sugar free syrup and that protein you speak of.

holy crap if I ate that I would blow the house up

You gained 13 lbs in three weeks from oatmeal................either you're full of **** (which would be impossible with the amount of fiber you're taking), or you're full of ****.

Aww, someones jealous. Just because you haven't done it, doesn't make it impossible.

Lol

No i'm actually not kidding i did gain the weight It's been 3 1/2 weeks i got weighed in monday at 179 at the plasma place and my cutting weight 3 weeks ago was at 164/165 ... Ive been eating that meal no joke 3-4 times a day + other foods. Mass consuming foods

For example..
Two days ago Ate 4 Spinach wraps (tortilla) with Ham, Tomatoes, Mustard, and Cucumbers, and Chicken Salad.
With 3 Bowls of that oatmeal
5 Servings of fruits.
+ Usually 2 P-shakes

I prob could beat the guy who does those eating contests for hotdogs lol.

Plus the only cardio i could do is like 1-2 times a week for 10-15 mins for Tugs for my fraternity. And now that i hurt my ribs Hardly any cardio and still lifting thru the hurt ribs.

Just growing like a beast :) and ****ting like a sewage system haha

:FUfinger:

Ha i def dont do that anymore, Now its Whole Grain Oatmeal 2Scoops Natty Pb + 1-2Scoops of Some Whey protein.

Or Natty peanut butter all day. Im currently 182 Now.

Biggest strength increase caused by Natty pb i noticed, I did eggs 15-16 a day, but no difference without in strength/recovery.

Maybe Im confused? Isnt 2-3 cups of oatmeal kinda a lot? Isnt every 1/2 cup 150 cals? 3 cups, 900 cals and a **** load of oats... Or are you making bulk and just eating about a serving out of it at a time?

Edit: I didnt read the whole thread before, so it makes more sense now after about post #10.

wow good for you all on your gains went from 162-163ish and a lil ova 4weeks later im at 179!! thankfully i love to eat!!! gunna try out the receipe and hope fully put on more gains to meet my goal 185!!!
