Oatmeal of champions: Using water not milk

Whole Grain Oatmeal tin :$1.50
Honey / Syrup :$ 2.99 or 99Cents for syrup
Cinnamon: $ 1-2
Vanilla Yogurt (non fat) - $1.60
Peanut Butter : $1.50
Recipe : Bowl of oatmeal usually being 2-3 Cups of oatmeal.
1 Scoop of PB / 3 Scoops of Vanilla Yogurt / Cinnamon / And Either Lite Syrup for flavor or honey. Syrup of course is going to taste alot better then honey, but honey is better for you because it is pre-digested.
They got grannola cereal with raisins you could always add for additional calories and flavor/texture : $1.50
