Numb balls - what now?

I am an ex Propecia user and have some of the same symptoms as users are writing about after a cycle. In particular I am dealing with weight gain/water weight, muscle fatigue, and the feeling of disconnect between the balls and body.

Does anyone have experience with "restarting" the balls?
