If you're order something through the mail that's prescription only, but not scheduled, like arimidex, through the mail, what is the worst that can happen? It get confiscated? I would think that's all they can do since it's not illegal to have for personal use.

You can get busted for having a prescription drug without a prescription. I have heard of it happening only once or twice tho, both cases the individuals had prior steroid charges or drug charges brought against them, so I don't think odds are very high of you getting in trouble, BUT it is possible.

bump that....  I don't think they'd waste their time.  There are tons of prescription drugs coming into our country each day... They couldn't possibly take care of all of it...

I know afew people who have ordered pharmaceuticals thru the mail, only once did I hear anything about a seizure notice.. I know two sites that send registered mail, only UPS and FedEx can seize packages without probable cause, it's a federal offense if the USPS does without proper authorities' permission.. ;)

Does anyone know what the penalty is if you get "busted" with these non-scheduled drugs through the mail? I wouldn't think the penalty couldn't be more than a small fine, since you can posses the drugs legally, it's just illegal to get them through the mail.
