might as well go through my cycle.

2 weeks prior (milk thistle)

On-cycle : h-drol 50/75/75/75/75/75

Cycle assist (240) + (multi's, protein, fish/flax) *taurine*


Post : Nolvadex - 20/20/10/10
AI PCS - 0/0/4/4/4/4


now my main question is, do you start Nolva right after you are done h-drol? (7th week) or do you start it while still taking h-drol?

ditch the cycle assist if there is any left and go straight with the PCS starting the 3rd week?

you start nolva the day of pct, so if your last dose of hdrol is on friday, pct will start on saturday.

op, think of SERMS this way and ask yourself one question..."when is the compound out of my system?"
most orals have a half life of right around 6 to 12 hours. so soon after that would be a good time to start pct. the next day is fine like gp said
