2 before bed

2 in moring or mid-day
2 before bed

For the glutinous monsters

workout days

2 morning
4 pre-workout

Tips: Supercharge your creatine and include a dose of PowerFULL with each serving of creatine. We are not sure whats going on with the combo, but there is a sick synergy with the 2!

Thanks! Given this protocol, could you consider providing a 200+ caps bottle which would last a month? Or even better, a 2-month bottle containing ~500 caps? If not, maybe an AM deal for 3 bottles or something.

I know you are amidst the big sale, so I don't wanna come off as unappreciative. I'm guessing, though, that a number of people around here would be interested in larger buys. Just an idea....

Honestly, We do not buy junk Herbs and we do the best with pricing. The very best, and we always run sales. Once the results are felt, the price is second nature.

I'll bump that. I waited for alot of feebback on powerFull and then managed to catch it on sale (thanks again). I and the three other guys I let try it will all use it again. ANd cissus? FUGGETA BOUT IT!
 
I just started using Powerfull myself, and intend on dosing at 8 caps/day on workout days, and 6 on off days. However, the dosing protocol you've suggested probably would be less than ideal for myself.

I work a rotating 12 hour shift, and thus workout times for myself are either around 4 hours after waking, or 4 hours before bed. With this dosing protocol, I would be using 6 of the 8 powerfull caps within a 3-4 hour span, and would have a gap of 12 hours in between doses.

Would somebody in my situation be better off dosing 2 caps at fairly even intervals throughout the day, with 2 caps taken pre-workout, or is it more beneficial to take a larger dose previous to lifting? I was thinking something along the lines of 2 caps upon waking, 3 caps prior to lifting, 1 cap 4 hours later and 2 caps before bed.

if dosing 8 caps on workout days

In you workout in the morning, take 5 in the morning and 3 before bed.

If you workout at night take 5 before workout and 3 in the morning.
 
Here's another idea I've come up with, I think I may try this dosing schedule out so that I don't have very long extended times between doses, and still have an increased dosage before my workout.

When I workout in the morning I'll take 1 cap+creatine+bcaa upon waking, 4 caps+creatine+bcaa pre-workout, 1 cap midday, and 2 caps at bedtime. For evening workouts I'd simply reverse the morning and evening doses around, so 1 2 caps upon waking and 1 cap at bedtime. How does this look?

I've been dosing powerfull 4 -2- 2 lately, with the 4 cap dose being taken pre-workout with creatine (Xceed) and BCAA's. I think it's really kicked in as of today. I worked out back/biceps today, and jumped a rep or two in most exercises save for deadlifts, where I saw some mammoth strength gains. For my first working set I added on 10 pounds from last week, and ripped off 12 easy reps (I keep the rep range from 8-12). For the second set I piled on another 10 pounds, and made another 12 reps. Finally, on the 3rd and final set I added another 5 pounds, and made 11 reps. Next week I'll likely start 10 pounds heavier than I left off today, and see what happens. I can hardly wait!
 
I take it 15 mins before my pre-WO meal - seems to be working great that way. you want it to break down a little in your stomach and absorb with your food, not the other way around.

I'm on a bobo plan, so I eat my pre wo meal 45 minutes before my workout. Should I a half hour then take powerful bc I know I read that food can hinder the absorption.

take it about 20 minutes before working out.
 
Im sorry for the stupid question,but this is for the NEW 1320mg caps? because i know the last ones said to take 4 pre-workout. but this ones says to take two! Thanks! i jus tgot them in today (after weating breakffast though,so cant hvae that does today:( )
 
I believe with the new bottles, there is still 1200mg of the PureSap, but they added the 1-carboxy-2-amino-3-pyrobenzol (3,4-diol) making up 120mg of the blend that brings it to a total of 1320mg per 2 caps, dont know that for a fact, just my assuption. Also yes the bottle says take 2 pills, but here USPLabs is just giving what he feels is the best dosage recommendation.

PowerFULL was a New product to the market. You could not and will not find the same product.

With online feedback and personal feedback, we can determine the best way to dose the product/
 
sorry to bump an old thread... if you were to use powerful in pct would you hold off until the 3rd week like you would for activate?

No, I would start 3-4 days before PCT starts.
 
You say PowerFULL should not be taken with food because it minimizes it effects , but you say it can be taken with creatine...what about creatine with dextrose...say Phosphagen HP?
 
and whilst the thread is at the top... how mcuh creatine? Planning on useing bulk cee, and was going to take a tsp with each dose of powerf' - overkill?

try it and post the results!!! i think you will be very happy!! and yes- i think using the hp w/ dextrose will be fine- i usually take powerfull (2 caps) plus creatine (5g) plus some caffeine (200-300mg- extra boost, i know there have been some studies that claim this is antagonistic, but i am not sold- try it- it really works!!), and then 2 caps powerfull, 5 g creatine, and dextrose after my workout- seems to work very well!!!
