Need help with a cutting cycle!

So I've been out of the loop for a very long time. It's been over 10 years since I've been on this forum and I haven't been following the supplements as well. Due to my injuries, a damaged/fucked up lower back, right knee and left shoulder, my gym time has fallen off and was replaced with surgeries and physical therapy. Now that I am past all of that, I recently started going back to the gym on a regular basis and I need to cut down on my weight. I'm 46 yrs old and I currently weigh 244 and would like to get back down to 200/198, if possible. I'm also on TRT but it's a small dose of only 0.5ml once a week. So I'm looking for a good cutting cycle, i.e. length, dosage, and what supplements. From a brief research on here, seems EpiAndro and 11 Keto are popular for cutting. Also, would I need on cycle support and a PCT? Looking for the experts on here to guide me in the right direction since I've been out of it for a long time.

Def get your diet in check 1st. Log every little thing you eat for an entire week and if your weight didn’t go up or down that’s your maintenance cals. Try dropping 200 to 300 cals a day or increase your activity level and that should move the needle on your weight. Shoot for 1-2lbs a week. I am currently taking EpiAndro and it wasn’t a magic pill. I had to cut the bullshit out of my diet before I saw any results. I haven’t tried 11 keto but have read a lot of positive things on this forum about it.
I am not on trt so will be doing a proper PCT. Where you are in trt a PCT is not necessary.

Honestly brother, not gonna get on a soap box, but you have a lot of free newbie and muscle memory gains to be made right now. I wouldn't hop on any anabolic compound, and just do the things you need to do to lose the fat while lifting weights for whatever your lifting goal is IE hypertrophy or performance. Get yourself down closer to the target where things start to actually get a little harder then bring in the bigger guns. Right now it should be a solid diet, a high level of activity, and solid training. You can make a lot of quick progress there, then run yourself a good cycle. Of course if you aren't thinking long term and simply want the results as fast as possible, then of course weigh out the risk vs reward and do whatever you would have done back then. It is basically the same. Ever DHEA compound that is out was out back then. So unless planning to run real gear or some of the older now banned designer orals the cycle you would be building would pretty much be the same as it was back in the day. Any of the EPI-Andro products are going to be the same effect as before.

Again if I were you I would enjoy the quick progress you can get naturally before you start cycling anything. Then when you hit a plateau or whatever you can add some anabolics in.

Solid advice bro, thank you. I started taking Lean Edge by SNS to see if it can help me get rid of this stubborn fat around my stomach region. At my age, it's easy to put on the weight but harder to get it off.

I am On 2 weeks of 11KT I wish I could stay on forver bro. I’m 46. I feel great on this stuff. No sides. After about 3/4 days I was seeing results. I am eating clean and in a defecit Mon thru Friday and every day I wake up I feel tighter and leaner. Honestly I can’t wait to see what it does in 6-8 weeks. I’d highly recommend this as long as your diets on point

I am using 11KT and 7 KT together. 1.5 MLs each. Also I am currently on TRT the last 6 months. I’m doing pellets The combo of clean food ,5 days a week training, them 3 I think you’d be very happy

Now when you come off of the 11 and 7 KT, will you be using an estrogen supplement like Inhibit-E or is it not even needed?

So I’m currently on TRT and I do take Calcium D Glucarate, DIM ( both ED ) & 1MG Adex weekly.. so no PCT is needed being I’m On TRT
 
Weigh all your food and track your steps and cardio. Once you have a baseline either reduce calories or increase out put. IMO I would just increase test to 0.5mg twice a week and get lean before I bothered with any other compounds. Once you get lean then add in other compounds so you can actually see and feel the results. You won’t grow in a deficit.
