It has been awhile since I've been on here due to being in school and working a ton. I just wanted to give some good feed back on the stack. When i started the stack Dec. 18 I was weighing 190 and now I'm up to 208. My workouts have been intense everyday I go to the gym and my strength has shot though the roof. I havent been keeping a strict diet just because Im eating everything in site to gain weight. Even though I'm not lean I can tell that ive put on good solid muscle gains:squat:
