I kept feeling so weak on the bench press until I checked my numbers last week. I beat my numbers on 165 and I could have probably matched 175 with last week, but I got discouraged yesterday so I dropped the weight and did 1 final set of super controlled and slow eccentric pause for 2-3 sec and explode up. I'll take my numbers with me next week, this week I forgot to take them. This last set cooked my chest though so I think I will keep that technique for a while on the last set. So damn sore today.
Made some quick dinner for a movie night with the wife
Another note: for the past month I have kept things super consistent and weighing my food. I feel like I have been making great progress.

Mind muscle connection was great with seated legs and quad pumps were insane with the death set. Lights out early and woke up still tired and now starting to get really sore.

insane energy and pump with that combo preworkout alpha pump "kicked" in perfectly after my bench session. I added around 200+ calories to my diet this last week and my bench improved dramatically. Last week I was only able to do 175x5. I felt really good today.

primary objective was to beat my deadlift numbers from 2 weeks ago. And i did. 275x6,6,6, this week +1, and +2 reps on sets 2 and 3. Felt good and wrecked me. Added the rack pulls to completely cook my back with heavy movements. On the seated leg curls i pushed the lever at the very top (squeeze) to cheat me into a squeeze and this helped so much. My machine has a tougher resistance at the squueze than the rest of the range of motion, so this helped me level out the resistance throughout the full movement.

I used samples for this workout. I really enjoyed big noise. The pumps were damn insane today even before the occlusion. The occlusion topped everything off and made my arms look thick after taking the wraps off. The taste was alright. I got a mild after taste of the candy, but it tasted a lot like beet juice. The effectiveness was insane though. I cannot comment on the nootropic aspect as i didn’t notice any difference in my mental state. bcaa product was delicious, but i added a half scoop of EAAs.

Flavor is outstanding. Stick to 6-8oz, i went up to 10oz as a taste test and it becomes really watered down. It would be really great to have this matching flavor with vasoblitz for the 1:1 scoop that i use (i know others like this combo). The BA tingles always hit me so hard with this one. The yohimbine didn’t hit me hard this time (i built up my tolerance a few weeks ago when i was using Y-hcl, i guess my tolerance is still up). Focus is one of the best. No workout just decided to go hard for my coffee replacement this morning.

brutal brutal leg day. Shakeys cheat meal after. Whole upper body went into completely soreness and stiff by sat night. Yesterday i went for a light jog and some stretching and now feeling way better. Last week of this leg manual.

very surprised as to why i had such a good pump. Workout was fasted first thing in the morning. I did add extra carbs and calories last night so i am guessing my body utilized those this morning.

Whenever I train first thing or any client of mine...Their last meal the night before is the largest. Will always help fill glycogen stores for AM Training.

Toss a few shakes of sea salt in that pre for extra pump

Felt great to be back in the gym. Took 4 days off and kept the weight lighter and less volume just to get a good pump and "deload" Received my gamma bomb book in the mail today and can't wait to start next week Thursday. haven’t logged in a while.
I did workout 10/31 and 11/1, meadows rows +5 lbs and added set for more volume, chest went to 80 lbs flat press. Then went out of town for the weekend, no workouts.
Today i beat my last week back squat easily. 245x8, and even that i felt like i could do another 2 reps but i followed the routine perfectly, so good weight for me.
Starting Anabolic Effect tomorrow and see what i notice from 1 bottle

Setup, Expectations
-3 pills w/ Meal 1 (~8:30 am)
-3 pills w/ Meal 3 (~3:00 pm)
-during week days meal 3 is my pwo meal, weekends meal 1 is usually pwo meal.
-Currently running gamma bomb
-i have been fluctuating between 185-187 lbs, this week i dropped approx. 100 cals and expecting to be at around 185 consistent by end of week.
-goal is to continue reducing calories and loose some fat by 12/5/2019, vacation. I know i can be at a consistent 180 lbs by then.
-Not my first JM program so i know the drill and how my recover is as volume gets added with caloric deficit. My recovery gets worst and my strength stalls.
-i am hoping the product aids in recovery, if i notice any quicker fat loss, strength continues to rise as weeks progress even on calorie deficit?, pump and fullness?, a lot of the other labek claims seem outrageous though haha.

How many times are you going to drop calories during your run?
Consider just keeping nutrition the same and seeing how well the product works in a controlled environment, it may skew how you see a recomp effect or change in bodycomp if you do want to keep dropping kcals weekly (Just thinking out loud)

Yea, part of the reason i am not doing a dedicated log. i was going to keep my cals the same for at least 2 weeks from now for this reason to see how it works in this aspect and if i notice anything that stands out from my normal routine/ deficits

6 pills total, jeez! This **** better work for the amount of pills haha. Going to have to get used to it. Nothing else to note since it is barely day 1

No gym. The solution sent me a gift. Will not start using it until after anabolic effect to not skew things because I definitely experience faster recovery with Ergonine. No stomach or digestion issues while taking the 6 pills. Nothing else to note

Week 1 update on Anabolic Effect:
-Weight has remained consistent with no change. All i did was add the pills.
-No improved recovery
-no increased pumps
-no increased libido

So far week 1 all that has happened is my wallet is smaller and i am taking 6 pills

I have a few people that only use GAT, so let me know how the BR and FP are
The FP is better. The BR is pretty good, but leaves a nasty smell in your bottle haha. That’s the only complain and it bothers me enough to not buy it again

*rope pullover: 42.5x10 ( 4 rounds, range of motion was in the stretched out portion, slow and controlled)

Sprinkled some leg raises between workouts and i’ll do my scheduled calves tomorrow had to make my workout first thing in the morning to watch the evening game.
As expected, it took my body a week to realize that i had dropped an extra 100 calories and possibly the increased volume from the workouts also contributed to this because i am starting to feel hungrier these past 3 days. I expect a slow decrease in weight moving forward. @The Solution any thoughts?

more volume, less food = more caloric expenditure = reason for why you are hungrier.
Is that what you are asking?

I don’t feel like logging my workouts so i’ll put my highlights

11/15/2019 - chest and shoulders, first workout wrecked me. Banded hammer strength machine. 25lbsx7, 20lbsx5>10lbs, 10lbsx8. I started too heavy and onle need 10 lbs on the machine that’s how hard these are.

11/16/2019 - 245x10 back squat. Felt great. Seated leg curls felt even better now that i am at a lower leg volum from last routine.

Other than this as expected slowly loosing. Yesterday i was at 184.8, today at 186. My dinner was not as scheduled and i ate a lot of greens and vegetables so probably just extra food in my stomach. Other than this, nothing else to note on the product.

Weight remained the same since dropping 1 lbs. I reduced about 60 cals more to speed things up a bit before my trip (beach destination). So far haven’t noticed anything from anabolic effect. I purposely have done workouts without any preworkout like today, and no increased pumps at all. When i do take a pump product before this product i can immediately feel mind muscle connection and body parts like shoulders become so hard to perform due to the massive blood flow.
