Hey gang,
I was selected by BioScience Technologies to log/ review their M-tst/M-trn stack. I will give both the cycle and log all the effort and fairness needed to produce honest info on these two newer products. Let's get it on!!!

207 lbs at near 12% BF
I have been dieting the last three months. Before Christmas I was at 230lbs and around 16.5- 17% BF. The fattest I have ever been, and strongest. I just completed about 4 weeks on the ALRI stack of Venom 3.0, Thyrogen-x, and lean dreams. It was VERY strong. I started at 220 lbs and am at a solid 207. The first week really kicked my butt, I had a hard time eating ANYTHING. I spent the next three weeks trying to not go hypo or catabolic. My strength did suffer some, but that has been mostly in strength endurance. Where I used to be able to get 10 reps of a weight, I can now only get 8-9 now.
I will be eating slightly above maintence on this stack. My goals are to consume around 300 grams of protein, 300 grams of carbs, and 100 grams of fats. Depending on how I am recovering, I will adjust accordingly. I eat 5-6 meals a day, focusing on carbs and protein in the AM with some fats, and more proteins and fats towards the evening. I am lean enough now I am going hypo faster and able to feel cold sooner. I know I am getting pretty lean when this starts happening. Beowulf has introduced me to Fiber One, and this helps big time with my not cracking out as easily.
I train with weights 4 days a week, I do cardio 5 times a week varying from 20-60 minutes. I like to go as hard and fast on cardio as I can without puking or dieing. I train abs 3 days a week. I stretch both in between sets for 30 seconds, and at the very end of training a few days a week for 10-20 minutes. I am moving to Hollywood on June 1st and I am looking to be in the best, fight ready shape that I can be in.
What I am looking for out of this stack is hardening, defination, and strength increases. Weight gain is of no concern AS LONG as there is serious recomping going on. Weight gain wouldn't be a bad thing as long as its LBM. I have an idea of what these products are supposed to be, but right now it is just conjecture.
I will be posting on a few boards, so please excuse me if I am a little slow getting back to you. But I will be happy to answer all I can. I am taking one of each product 3x a day. I am off to the gym in a little while. Today isn't a heavy weights day but a supplemental day. I have already lifted 4 times this week and now will hit my lagging parts today. I will let you know how it goes!
