3rd day of pct. Weight 177

Worked out chest and triceps. Strength has remained the same on chest workouts, but I have niticed a substantial increase in tricep strength. For example, here is what I was working out with last week compared to today.
Last week:
tricep pushdowns 3sets@168/10 reps
Skullcrushers 3 sets@95lbs 10 reps
Overhead db ext 3 sets@80lbs 10 reps
Close grips 3 sets @135lbs 8 reps
Today:
tricep pushdowns 3sets@180/12 reps
Skullcrushers 3 sets@105 lbs 10 reps
Overhead db ext 3 sets@90lbs 12 reps
Close grips 4 sets @135lbs 10 reps
 
On as scale of 1-10 I would rate methyl xt like this:
Strength 9
weight gain 5
Vascularity 9
pumps 10
recomp effect 10
sides 10
Strength gains were impressiven weight gain was not. But I was able to gain 5 lbs while losing body fat. Keep in mind I was also eating around 3500-4000 calories per day with high protein and carb intake and still was unable to bulk. Methyl xt is great for cut or recomp. There is nothing like putting on lean mass while experiencing great strength gains. I think the best part of the cycle was the complete lack of sides. Libido was great throughout the whole cycle. Bp stayed at 128/76. The only sides I noticed were at 80 mg, dry joints, night sweats and occasional headaches.. Overal I would recommend this compound. I would even say it would be good stacked or bridged with a wet compound.
 
Cool log i'm glad you did it. I had read about a lot of people saying that it's a very wet bulking compound, and that seems like the opposite of your experience.

Maybe october or november, bro.
I just want to take extra time off to give my body enough time to rest and recover from any PH/DS.
I'm going to get full panel bloodwork within few weeks.
BTW my last cycle was on February 2009.
