Interested in seeing what you guys eat on a daily basis to get some more ideas for meals.

My breakfast today:

15 slices of Pepperoni
5 Large Egg Whites
1 Large Whole Egg
2 Slices of Rosemary Olive Oil Bread
Handful of Spinach

Macros: 635 calories, 63g Carbs, 24g Fat, 40g Protein

Cutting. First meal to break my Intermittent fast, It's my lower carb/higher fat day so I'll post my lunch and dinner later to get some posts up in this thread but they will be smaller. I generally like eating a large breakfast since it's my first meal after fasting, then a small/med. lunch, then a large dinner (breakfast size).

80g of ON Gold Mocha Cappuccino Whey
1 Cup of Skim Milk
Ice

Macros: 475 cals, 27g Carbs, 4g Fat, 80g Protein

Couple Handfuls of Spinach
12g of Taco Seasoning
Garlic Powder

Macros: 640 cals, 8g Carbs, 33g Fat, 69g Protein

1 Pouch of Better Oats oatmeal (plain)
1 Scoop of Whey
2 Bananas (diced)
1 serving of Mighty Nut Powdered Peanut Butter
.5 Skim Milk

568 Calories, 93g Carbs, 6g of Fat, 41g Protein (this is my higher carb day ~200g of carbs)

Dinner:

.5 Cup Dry Rice
12 oz of 93/7 Ground Turkey
18g of Taco Seasoning
Garlic Powder
Spinach

761 Calories, 58g Carbs, 27g Fat, 81g Protein

Boiled rice, then after cooking turkey/spinach, I mixed all that **** together. No picture b/c it didn't look great but definitely tasted good.

.5 Cup of Brown Rice
.5 Black Beans
Handful of Spinach
2 Habanero Peppers (regretting this now)
Some Tapatio Hot Sauce (also regretting this now)

Macros: 886 Calories, 83g Carbs, 26g Fat, 86g Protein
