Animal Pak and Predator being shipped, just in time to get started for next week. First portion will be a mini log first time using Animal Pak and it's been years since I tried predator, with more carbs now, I want to try it out again.

Animal Pak & Predator - Day 1 - Day 3

Animal Pak - is just a little annoying taking all those pills and currently only took 1 dose to try out. Good multi so far as I am not having trouble with moving so much during night. I say this because I was taking ZMA for this and have run out, but since Animal Pak has full dosage I wanted to try out. I will up dosage this week when I begin my lifting.

Predator - this thing has been amazing. I started the morning of Friday 10/23/2020 at 181 lbs and woke up today 10/26 at 181 lbs.
*Friday night was a huge burrito (massive!), 2 pills with that and it felt satisfied not overstuffed (I should have felt overstuffed). It seems as if I was able to digest my meals much faster.
*Saturday 1 pill with big lentil bowl morning + sugar cookie, and 1 pill at night with a concoction bowl (threw in recess pieces in there)
*Sunday 1 pill with regular breakfast (eggs and toast) + pumpkin spice glazed doughnut morning, and 1 pill at night with a lentil bowl (1 cup lentils +1/2 cup rice + extra protein) + shake (oats+1/2tbsp PB + banana + 1.5 scoops protein). I was full but not again not overly stuffed.

Loving predator so far more than last time. I am excited to try out this week with workouts, I suspect I will drop weight by Friday. if so I can add more calories in.

Grab the powder next time. Much better then swallowing 20 pills. The orange tastes great as does the Cherry Bomb.

*lost ~ 1 lbs Monday -> today by not diverting (adding in extra weekend treats).
*1 cap Predator PWO meal + carb and fat snack together 9 AM, Workout at 11:30 AM

*2 packs Animal Pak with Lunch

had to change into my vans midway through squats. my nike zoom trainers were not cutting it, I was feeling weaker while squatting.

*+5 lbs. Now at 185.8 lbs last time I weighed myself (Saturday morning). Only so many calories predator can take, but it eases the large carb meals and belt still fits at same hole even though I gained 5 lbs, so that is a +.
*calories are around 2800-2900 currently.
*Still grinding out and entering cycle 2 +5lbs (Bench and Press) and +10 (Squats and Deads)
*I am really enjoying the routine and enjoying having more days off/ just running or doing rope/sled pushes/ battle ropes for conditioning. Even sprint intervals. the other day wife, pup, and I went to the park and I did sprints with the pup.
*ordered more animal stack in powdered form, the pills have been tedious.

One thing I note is the hips rising first in the movement, where the focus should be in unison.
Besides that you are training at such a low RPE you make it look too easy. You could do 315.x5 and barely work a sweat.

Gotcha. I’ll work on correcting that. Yea, i decided to slowly work my way up, i’ll slowly keep adding weight.

Bench Deload + arms

arms was following mountain dog's recent arm video ( 2 tris and 2 bis ) 4 rounds. I then did only 2 rounds of his advanced circuit.

Deadlift deload. Worked on my overall movement as recommended by Chef Bob. I wasn't fully pulling slack at the bottom when I do them with a full reset.

next two days off and then back on the grind on Monday.

-today and moving forward my pwo stack is Ghost Size + Ghost Pump
-felt extremely weak today and then I realized I did the wrong numbers. I did my deadlift numbers for the week. .. now I am going to be hurting really bad tomorrow.
