Looking lean on MK677

I think it depends. I’ve never held water with it, some people don’t have that issue. For some, the effect goes away after some time. You could try waiting it out. If not, cut back the dose. Some will have less issue taking 10mg or so. That should still give most of the benefit too.

What’s your dosages and what time of the day are you taking it ? I originally took it 7 days a week at night… this was merely for ligament injury benefit/experiment. Within the first week my sleep was definitely better and I even got a weird feeling at night, about 4 weeks in I could notice less pain in my right knee and water retention was definitely noticeable. I am going to incorporate MK again very soon, however I’m going to use it only 3 days a week at night, M-W-F minimum dose. You could always dosing it at night, do an every other day dose approach or take some sort of water shed product… Hope this helps some and sorry for the extended version… lol

Ok I got super duper extra lean, like I have pictures... It's not just leanness it's anorexia with muscles basically.
I took MK677 having that shape... And I got wattery: I don't look lean anymore. Period.
For me at least it's very hard to look lean on MK677.
Oh and by traditional standarts I still look lean on MK677, with veins and striations... But... Not to my standards.

Yeah but that's super inconsistent... Anything that's inconsistent isn't good for muscles.
That's why I just finish the bottle of 30 to 60 caps in one row
