What’s your dosages and what time of the day are you taking it ? I originally took it 7 days a week at night… this was merely for ligament injury benefit/experiment. Within the first week my sleep was definitely better and I even got a weird feeling at night, about 4 weeks in I could notice less pain in my right knee and water retention was definitely noticeable. I am going to incorporate MK again very soon, however I’m going to use it only 3 days a week at night, M-W-F minimum dose. You could always dosing it at night, do an every other day dose approach or take some sort of water shed product… Hope this helps some and sorry for the extended version… lol
