Which would you guys prefer for leaning out the chin, lipo-u or napalm? Or something else 
I'm very sensitive to stims as well, would I have a problem using either of the localized fat burners, since their won't be much of a systemic effect?
Also, as far as sodium intake, how much should I be trying to max out at when consuming 5000 cals/day? All foods are clean, chicken breasts, rice, milk, eggs, oats, and veggies, along with canola oil... I'm guessing my sodium is still way too high eventhough I stick to whole foods and not processed. Lots of sodium in eggs? I eat alot of 'em.
Sodium is one micronutrient I've never paid much attention to unfortunately and need a head start with.
