Hey guys,

Just reviewing the progam and whatnot. Looked at the leg training.

Not to sound like a complete and utter dick but why do most have difficulity with this? Doesn't seem out of the ordinary with what I usually do which could either be good or bad. lol

Just trying to make sure I understand it in my head and what I should come to expect.

Thanks!

Not quite sure myself. I know I've read posts of people puking on leg day, but other than the initial soreness from the TUT workouts in my plan, I haven't thrown up or anything like that.

Maybe that just means I'm not working out hard enough? Not sure that's the case either though - check my log - my squat has gone up over 80 lbs in 7 weeks.

Most people don't use ratios when leg training.

or they just don't go as hard as they should/can.
