Notes: It was a complete struggle all through the workout. My mind was totally into every since set of every single exercise but my body wanted to be laid up in bed. I am still trying to fight off this cold and after skipping two gym days this week, I really wanted to get in there and tear things up. It did feel good to go and get it done but I am still not close to 100%........yet.
