Unanswered Knee chondroplasty/cartridge debridement removal

Any recommendations on things to help heal? I'm on day 4 from surgery. Lots of icing and Doing general movements at home the surgeon gave me and i start physical therapy this week.

Taking fish oil , vit D and aor orthocare

Keep it moving and keep icing. You will come around quick.

Any recommendations on getting full extension. Seems to be the biggest set back now

It will come - you just have lots of inflammation. Physio will have you working on that right away.
You did not have an tendon work, right? Just meniscus work, right?

No meniscus. just cartilage damage repaired/ removed
