This thread will serve as my home thread for training, nutrition and whatever else I have going on or want to bullsh!t about. If I am not logging a sponsored run of a product here on this forum I will be logging everything I do here. If I do log something i will post a link to it here and then log in that thread and return to this one when the other is completed.

If you don't know me I tend to be all over the place with my training and I am not afraid to try new strategies in training or nutrition. I simply love to learn and experience things for myself so I know if they work for me. So I try different things all the time. You will see me move from 6 meals a day to doing Intermittent Fasting or 3 squares a day. Moving from various programs, and trying ones that may even seem a bit off the wall. I try to stay pretty educated in nutrition and training, and believe the answers lie somewhere between hard science and bro-science.

Currently I am finishing up a methyl run and am about to start a non methyl pulse with Tren Devastation Liquid Suspension from Xcel Sports Nutrition. I am coming off of a crash diet and working toward increasing my BMR over the next 2 months before starting a prep for a mid summer early fall show. Depending on what my coach decides is going to be best for my metabolism and prep. If he does not feel we have increased it enough it will push it back to sometime in September but if all goes well it will be Aug 16th in Irving Texas. I was going to do one in July but my coach and I felt it was just too soon for me to recover my BMR before going into a prep and do not want to cause a lot of metabolic damage from over dieting.

Here is what I look like as of 2 weeks ago, I am a tiny bit leaner right now but everything else is the same.

Okay so lets just jump right in here. As I mentioned I am nursing my right biceps a bit. So today was a high rep upper body weight session. Tomorrow will be a lower body.

Hammer Strength Incline Press 45x20, 70x20, 90x15, 100x15, 115x14 Nice pump, failed on last set.
Hammer Strength High Rows 45x20, 70x20, 90x15, 110x15, 125x15 again a nice pump was really flexing back and pulling with elbows.
Cybex Side Raise Machine - 70x20, 90x20, 110x15, 120x13 - Medial delts were on fire and pumped like crazy.
Rear Delt Machine - 70x20, 80x20, 90x20, 100x15
Supinating DB Curls 20x20, 22.5x20, 25x20, 30x15
Close Grip Dips BWx50, BWx38 - had a massive pump throughout shoulders, chest and of course triceps!

These are my current progress pics as of this morning. I can see some improvement from the pics from the 8th which is nice since I had that crazy refeed weekend last week.

Thanks! I have always had crazy width when I flare my lats. As a kid my mom used to always tell me to put my arms down. "Quit walking like a Gorilla, you don't have to walk bowed up all the time." I heard it so much from her and others I actually started to hunch my shoulders so my arms would hang in front of my lats and didn't stick out as far. Little did I know I was creating a postural situation I would have to mindfully be aware of the rest of my lift if I don't want to slip back into having a rounded back. Funny how I was made self conscious over what is now considered a genetic gift in my book.

DO NOT GO AFTER THAT PB WITH A SPOON YOUNG MAN!!!! You will look up 10 minutes later with 8000 calories worth of white chocolate pb in your gut wondering why you couldn't stop.
