If you don't know me I tend to be all over the place with my training and I am not afraid to try new strategies in training or nutrition. I simply love to learn and experience things for myself so I know if they work for me. So I try different things all the time. You will see me move from 6 meals a day to doing Intermittent Fasting or 3 squares a day. Moving from various programs, and trying ones that may even seem a bit off the wall. I try to stay pretty educated in nutrition and training, and believe the answers lie somewhere between hard science and bro-science.
Currently I am finishing up a methyl run and am about to start a non methyl pulse with Tren Devastation Liquid Suspension from Xcel Sports Nutrition. I am coming off of a crash diet and working toward increasing my BMR over the next 2 months before starting a prep for a mid summer early fall show. Depending on what my coach decides is going to be best for my metabolism and prep. If he does not feel we have increased it enough it will push it back to sometime in September but if all goes well it will be Aug 16th in Irving Texas. I was going to do one in July but my coach and I felt it was just too soon for me to recover my BMR before going into a prep and do not want to cause a lot of metabolic damage from over dieting.
Here is what I look like as of 2 weeks ago, I am a tiny bit leaner right now but everything else is the same.
