Sponsored Get Diesel Nutrition's Ready4War Log.

My thanks to Chuck Diesel and AE14 at Get Diesel Nutrition for allowing me to log their Ready4War energy and endurance product.

Researching the 25 or so ingredients in this I found that there is a mix of libido, ED, hormonal, stimulant, endurance and focus enhancers in it.

This supplement is in hard tablet form and should be taken at least 30 mins before workout using plenty of water. I'm a stim lover but other logs warned me to start at low dosage.

I'll start at 2 tablets taken in a fasted state every morning. What I'm expecting is long lasting energy and some endurance help.

Other supplements I'll be taking:
CL OT, CL Reds, Athletix E9, WPI and Fish Oil.

As of now here are my stats:
Height 5'6". Weight 160 lbs Age 54

Max Lifts Starting (Actual off cycle)
Bench: 230 lbs
Squat: 185
Deadlift: 315
OHP: 115

Workouts:
All my morning, fasted workouts are on a daily basis in my garage gym. They are generally 1 to 1.5 hours long and utilize combinations of an Ironmaster machine and free-weights.

Attachment 116702

Lately I've been using a One Lift A Day (OLAD) routine and train using a HR monitor to time when my HR returns to a point that I can begin the next set.

Past PWO Use:
Gee, any out there I missed? Lol

Thank you to Get Diesel Nutrition for letting me log their rocket fuel PWO called Ready4War! One word summary: STRONG!

Summary observations on Ready4War:

1) I'm about 160 lbs BW and 1.5 tablets is more than enough! WARNING: Start at low doses!
2) Bottle instructions say 30 to 60 minutes before workout. Use the 60 min recommendation. It's slow to come on but rocks your world when it does.
2) No GI or BP issues.
3) I train with a HR monitor and this kicks your pulse up.
4) Drink lots of water as you'll get a little dry mouth.
5) There are ingredients that will enhance your sex life. Let's just say fullness and volume increased.
6) Break the tablets up to speed up effects. You'll know when it hits as the pulse rises!

Recommend this to stim lovers out there. Whew! It can't be stressed enough to start at low doses!

First workout with Ready4War was simply incredible! The effects hit me in about 60 mins after taking it fasted, but lasted about 5 hours!!!!

This was dosed at 2 tablets and I'm so stim tolerant that, until it hit I thought it was a bust product! This is STRONG STUFF and the user should start at low dose!!

First Workout was time limited otherwise I would still be lifting!

DQ You are not defined by your past, you are prepared by your past.

At a bench incline angle of 60 degrees I'm running these lifts at 170. I dropped the angle to 45 degrees for this session.

In here, man I love your home gym. I think I am going to make this weekend a project to get mine cleaned up a bit more and get rid of some items I simply do not need.

Those are also the Iron Master Adjustable DB's that you have there on the stand right? I am really contemplating getting some. If they are tell me your thoughts on them please. I have read several reviews that look great but you never really know if they are actual consumers or company shills posting up positive reviews. Are they actually pretty easy to switch the weights on? How sturdy are they once locked in? From what I read they are very sturdy. Also how much weight did you get on yours and how much were they? I was contemplating the power blocks or the bowflex adjustable but I see they often need the handles rebuilt plus they seem to be much longer than the Iron Master once when loaded up heavy.

I have the Oly DB handles but they are so long and awkward they are not great for a lot of things. I also have some basic standard DB's with screw on collars but they only go up to 50 and honestly are kind of a pain in the butt to screw and unscrew if I need to change the weight between sets. On top of that they don't stay tight for long. Every rep seems to loosen them just a tad.

I am going to have to go look up the Ready4War, I ran one of Diesel's test boosters a long while back and really enjoyed it. Right now I have to avoid supplementing creatine so a lot of supps are unfortunately off my list. If no creatine in there and you really like it I may give it a shot. If there is creatine in there I will be in here to support you regardless!

Thanks brother Kleen. Blessed to have the home gym.

Ironmaster DBs have my total endorsement! They are rugged, droppable, quick weight changes and bomb proof!

Locking in weights and dropping them are not an issue at all. Everything is locked in tight.

They are 75 lb standard with a kit to expand them to 150lbs.

No creatine in Ready4War:

So far this PWO is high stim strong! I'll reserve my final opinion until after my 30 days of using it. I can say that tomorrow I'll dose 1 1/2 tablets!

You should look into them Turf, the handles actually have a square metal plate with a lip on it on the ends of the handle grip that the weight plates slide into to hold it in place. That is why they can be dropped and do not do any kind of moving clanging or wiggling around. The weights are seated into the handle then you tighten the locking mechanism on the other side of the plates and everything is locked into position.

You can see what I mean here:

Awesome on the no Creatine Kenpo! Then this log may very well entice me to try this out. Only reservations would be the time you said it took to kick in. I wake up 30 minutes prior to walking in the gym most days so I need a moderately quick kick.

1) I'm about 160 lbs BW and 2 tablets is more than enough! WARNING: Start at low doses!
2) It takes at least 30 minutes fasted to start kicking in and full on iron cracking in 45! Bottle instructions say 30 to 60 minutes.
2) No GI issues.
3) I train with a HR monitor and this kicks your pulse up from my normal high 90's to 11x the entire workout session.
4) Checked BP and it's normal.
5) I drink green tea during my sessions and I swear every time I take a drink the stim effect increases (might be placebo?)

These are worth the wait! EBay or CL has them from time to time. Just don't buy the old model with the V cut into the plates. You want the solid square plate model.

DQ. Blaming someone in your life for your misgivings indicates weakness in your character.

Dosed 2 tablets of Ready4War for my cardio session today. This was a mistake! The HR was way up and I spent more time waiting for it to drop into my normal range of 107 bpm before the next set.

Kenpo Double Sticks for an hour was planned but only lasted 30 mins. Instructions:

Yeah if you see it as too intense for cardio, 1 tab it....or you end up having to take too early before cardio.
I'm from the ECA days so pre-weights/pre-cardio all the same to me, but cardio isn't strenuous enough for me to drain me,
so end up pacing around all evening if I do cardio on 3 ready4war.
