Oh man, same here. I get a little twisted when it gets to be too much burning and a little stinging. After fraying the muscle a bit where it connects to the distal end of the biceps tendon that severe burning pump makes me extremely nervous. That was an excruciating injury that had me truly frightened that my biceps was not going to be able to repair itself and it had been too long for corrective surgery unless they cut a section of biceps out and that was a no go!!!Lol touché. I guess it’s what you get used to. I have just always hated the bicep pump feel - makes me worry I’m starting another tear.
I still won't do mixed grip deadlifts with anything heavy with my right side being the supinated one. It's why I use straps or grips when I get above what I can do double overhand most of the time now.
