Steadily pushing, way to keep pushing while busy AF!
the cold weather has definitely been hard on my knees/joints this week. Those morning sessions are money if you can make the routine work. I'm not interested in lifting at 3:30am though so I just dont' see that in my immediate future.
yeah our schedules are flipped, I try to be at work by 6am so I'm home a lot earlier than you, but the alarm goes off at 4:30am to make that work...I got to the gym probably around 5:30am, so not crazy early. But didn’t get to sleep until 1am, so still not the best. On the bright side, should be able to sleep tonight and hopefully get up tomorrow morning with little issue.

when it drops below 50 I start to get cold, below 40 I'm miserable. up here we are in that time of year where it's either going to be about 38f and rainy, or 28f and dry lolEating pasta and pounding something else, if you catch my meaning.

I like how despite how demanding your job is, you always find your way back to the iron, and also to your job. Says a lot about you and how important both of these things are to you.

I assumed that was the case, just wasn't sure if he had you cruising / trt in between cycles. So 190 after the come off sounds pretty good, looking forward to seeing what you get out of the next run.
