Finishing up cardio now. 30 minutes of incline treadmill. Bleh.

Still not good enough, but doing what I can.

Back half of my week got even worse than the front half and I didn’t get back in the gym. Was hoping to make up a workout or two on the weekend, but ended up working all day both Saturday and Sunday.

Decent session today. Only 25 minutes of cardio. Calves are not conditioned for this after a few weeks of missing it. Only 1 meal so far today, so way low on calories.

Heading home now and back to work for a few more hours.
 
Just have to do what you can get away with sometimes. I bruised the ball of my foot on something a couple weeks ago, and have not been able to do cardio. Walking on it hurts, but I know when I get back to it I am going to be feeling it in my calves too.

Not bad considering how long it’s been. Added weight in some movements, but not all (for obvious reasons). Gotta run home now and do a little work, so no cardio.

Got up early for the gym today. Would like to make a habit of that. Decent session but knee started to ache towards the end. Think it’s the cold weather and my arthritis.

No cardio because all of the cardio machines are being used.

the cold weather has definitely been hard on my knees/joints this week. Those morning sessions are money if you can make the routine work. I'm not interested in lifting at 3:30am though so I just dont' see that in my immediate future.

I got to the gym probably around 5:30am, so not crazy early. But didn’t get to sleep until 1am, so still not the best. On the bright side, should be able to sleep tonight and hopefully get up tomorrow morning with little issue.

yeah our schedules are flipped, I try to be at work by 6am so I'm home a lot earlier than you, but the alarm goes off at 4:30am to make that work...

Woof. Mine was 4:45 and that was already too early. Was up again at 4:45 today (in bed probably around 12:30?) but wasn’t able to go to the gym because I had to work all morning for a deal that was closing at 7:00am.

Will try to go tonight after work 🤷

Ended up working full days on my flights, which isn’t awful since firm policy means they returned those two days of PTO to me and I’ll roll them into next year.

Was a nice break. Venice was brutally cold, though.
when it drops below 50 I start to get cold, below 40 I'm miserable. up here we are in that time of year where it's either going to be about 38f and rainy, or 28f and dry lol

Got in there this morning before work. No cardio today because I had a deal closing and needed to get back to the computer, but will have to start getting that in regularly again.
 
I like how despite how demanding your job is, you always find your way back to the iron, and also to your job. Says a lot about you and how important both of these things are to you.

I’m doing the best I can with it anyway. Hoping to hit the next training cycle much harder and much more consistently. Think it should start next week, so trying to finish this back focused one strong.

Got in this evening (long ass night of work, so morning wasn’t happening). Hoping tomorrow morning for legs so I can get back on schedule.

Need to get back on track with diet, too, and think the plan is to start cutting here in the near future and then trying to maintain condition while building up more slowly since I’m just doing this as a lifestyle and don’t need to pack on as much muscle as possible in an offseason or something like that.
 
Nice work so what is your current weight, curious what you topped out at before starting to cut back down.

I topped out around [emoji[emoji6][emoji6]][emoji[emoji6][emoji6]], but with the inconsistent diet and training the past -[emoji6] weeks, I’m sitting at a soft and pudgy ~[emoji[emoji6][emoji6]][emoji[emoji6][emoji6]]lbs.
 
So many numbers in that post and I still have no idea what your weight is. LOL
 
No idea what happened there. Topped out at two hundred pounds and now sitting around one-hundred and ninety pounds. Haven’t started cutting down yet, but expecting that to begin relatively soon. Just trying to get back on plan before making adjustments.
 
Sounds like you are in a decent spot. Are you cruising now and if so for how long?

I assumed that was the case, just wasn't sure if he had you cruising / trt in between cycles. So 190 after the come off sounds pretty good, looking forward to seeing what you get out of the next run. Any idea when you all might be pushing again?

I might get back on again next month. We’ve discussed, and have discussed just doing blast and cruise style (which I think I should just bite the bullet and do).

I want to get a hold of my diet and training before I do so, though. It’s been a rough couple of weeks with work (and this week has been hellish), so I need to figure that out first.
