Is there a difference between Tamoxifen and Tamoxifen Citrate?

When searching for Nolvadex, I see both Tamoxifen and Tamoxifen Citrate. Is there a difference, and if so, what is the difference?

I have been assuming that they are the same, but just want to be 100% certain before i order anything.

Well.. since no one would respond, I just ordered 100 caps of 10mg Tamoxifen... so I hope thats right. Does $45 shipped seem like a good price, by the way?
