Recommendations are most welcome my friend
I'd say it depends on how lean you are, wether you even want to add anything hormonal to aid in muscle retention. If you got a fair amount of fat to lose, then I wouldn't bother with PED's. Solid training and enough protein should be enough to spare most of the muscle, if not pretty lean to begin with. And whatever is lost, will usually come back easy with a 'rebound effect'. And fat will as well, so you'll want to slowly reverse diet back to your new maintenance or new bulking calories. How slow would depend on the lenght of the cut and the amount of calories decreased during.
As for natty supps to help with cutting and muscle retention, there are a lot of options. Ursa Major (topical ursolic acid) is my personal favorite for cutting. Apex also has Flashpoint, which is desined for fat loss. Apex Triton could/should help with cardio performace and workout energy.
Topical b-Aet lowers cortisol, which can come in handy, when losing weight. Could help with fat loss and with sleep. Apex, Iron Legion, Iconic Formulations, XPG all have a b-Aet product and all are quality brands.
SNS and CEL have a lot of different natty anabolics, that can help with muscle retention. I like Anabolic Effect. I get an uptick on strenght, which should lead to better muscle gains or retention, given that other factors are in place. I haven't tried myself, but Recomp20 has some positive feedback and the purpose/design of it should fit well to the goal of sparing muscle on a cut.
Many people have praised Evomuse BMP for it's recomp effect.
Iconic's All out sweat and SNS Lean Edge are pretty popular for increase in metabolism.
Back Lion Research has some natty anabolics and such.
So the supp world is your oyster, lol. Maybe take a look at some of those options and see what you like. I haven't tried all the stuff I mentioned, but just what I would personally choose based on my experiences and your goal, while not spending a ton, would be:
Ursa Major + Anabolic effect + b-Aet on hand. All out sweat or Lean Edge would be a nice addition.
