Is Dermacrine Suppressive/Need PCT? Experiences?

Was going to try to boost my low normal Dhea and pregnenolone and was going to try dermacrine solo as a natty. Ive seen some people in here recommend pct supplements after dermacrine with no anabolics in the mix..? Is there a reason for that I thought dhea/preg were not suppressive? Also curious for those that have tried dermacrine solo what benefits did you notice, any muscle gains? Also curious did you take it morning or night?

I have never taken it solo, but with other ph/aas and only noticed good things from it. I would assume you would want to do some kind of light PCT just in case.

Just in case what though, what’s the logic there is my question? The ingredients are not supposed to be suppressive unless I’m missing something?

I dont know, I always thought it was slighty suppressive, but not enough to warrant any dangers unless you take stupidly high doses for a long period... here is someone describing it.

It’s governed by the HP axis. It spikes due to CRH and ACTH released by the hypothalamus and anterior pituitary. There’s a negative feedback loop that keeps hormones in homeostasis. So, yes, its production is suppressed by exogenous DHEA administration. However, due to the fact that it’s released by the Adrenal Gland and not the testes my theory would be that it doesn’t shut down as severely as the testicles.

Sounds about right to me, but I will wait for someone knowledgeable to answer

If that's all you're taking, then I personally wouldn't run a SERM afterwards. Even if, hypothetically, it was slightly suppressive (and I'm not saying with certainty it is), your body should be able to recover from it pretty easily without the need of a SERM.

I am all for PCTing, however this is one of those products where I would feel comfortable running it without a PCT.

Yeah I wouldnt PCT with a serm, I would just use a good natty test booster from one of the main people here

i still have some dermacrine, I might have to give it a third try. the first two times I tried it, I got itchy nipples. I replaced it with alpha gel and seemed fine within a day or 2. Right now I use XPG DHEA for a daily dhea dose without the preg, since it seems like maybe its the pregnenolone I'm reacting to.

I really only use natty PCT's though so even if you need one for me it's something simple like M Test + Alpha Gel, etc. Iconic also has their Sustain Alpha which is popular. I think I've used like 3+ bottles over the years.

Must just be the way some people react to preg. I've never had that problem and I've been using dermacrine on and off since it was made by BPS or whatever the last company was. Something to be aware of though.

Agreed here! You could check out Rebirth by BLR as well.

The past couple days I have been applying one squirt of dermacrine again, I think this thread made me want to give it another shot. today I have a little itch. I will probably continue using this small dose until I'm certain that it's causing the itch. The product itself is still a great consistency. goes on and dries fast, smells fine. I really like the product but I think you're right that I just don't react to pregnenolone very well.?.

By chance do you apply anywhere near the nipples? I say this because when I apply td’s to the chest sometimes if it gets in my nips, it makes them dry and therefore itchy depending on the carrier.

I’ve used several rounds solo and used a basic natty testbooster as pct or ran no pct. That was me. The suppression if any is light so you can go basic.

no I'm always paranoid about that and don't apply anything near the nipples. just shoulders / biceps, and today a little dermacrine on the foot.
